The spacious master suite features a king bed, reading area overlooking the gulf, TV, huge master bathroom w/ soaking tub with window looking out towards gulf, separate stand alone shower, double vanities and separate commode area. The master walk-in closet is like a room itself. Very room and a great place to store your luggage once you’re unpacked!
Two additional bedrooms are located in 1704E, including another master suite! The second guest bedroom also features a king bed and private bathroom. Third bedroom has two twin beds and is directly next to the third full sized bathroom! Both of these guest bedrooms feature mid-air views of the city of Destin and city side balconies.
While you’re resting after a long day at the beach catch up on sports or weather on your flat screen TV, conveniently located in the living room!
Also this building is centrally located between the TRACK, Big Kahunas water park & very close to the popular Fat Daddy’s arcade! Tons of restaurants and shopping are close by too!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this wonderful condo. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had great views of the gulf! The daily beach chairs and umbrella was an added perk!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
