As of Aug 8th, when many people return the "normal" school schedule, business of course drops like a rock, and so that means if you can get to the beach it is just as nice as July but half as costly.
When we say "Name Your Price" we do mean within reason, but it is a pretty good "within reason". For example we can get you an "out the door" price and that means this price includes ALL fees, taxes, and cleaning, everything---$495 for any week in 5602 or 5105 from now until March 1st with the exception of Labor day.------Our 1 bed/ 1 bath units 3301 or 2204 $595 out the door and our 2 bed/ 2 bath condos 5116, 4110 or 5112 $695 for the week. Now for stays of less than a week it is not as cheap per night but I am sure we can work something out.

STUDIO CONDOS-(studio means the sleeping area is also in the living area as opposed to 1 bedroom which has a separate bedroom

THE BIG EASY-(#4110) so named because it is our easiest condo to get in and out of. ground level, park 10 feet in front of the door and also the only unit with a washer and dryer-minimal view as it is ground level and sets back further than the other units.
Forget the management company prices-get the best condos "right on the beach" for a price as if you were staying at hotel 7 miles inland!
Our true, gulf-front condominiums offers all the tropical splendor, peace, and tranquility that you desire on its sugar sand beach in a resort that has more family fun than any other resort. 6 pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise facility, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, many outdoor grills, basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, snack lounge, game room and a guard house for relaxing peace of mind.
The units have a 27-inch TV with DVD and/or VCR and a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and 2 twins if it is a 2 bedroom. All sleep 6 with the exception of the smaller studio.
