This time of year (from mid Sept-early March) is a soft season, and we recognize that. That being said, MAKE US A (REASONABLE) OFFER and if it is in the ballpark we will do it for you! And when the busy season comes around, you will find that we are still much less than the normal mgmt co. price.
We have 2 studios, 2-- 1 bed 1 bath condos and 3-- 2 bed/ 2 bath condos

Always get the "OUT THE DOOR" price. Add-on fees can add up to 50% over the "base" price, so dont be surprised and get the "out the door" price, the way we offer it.
We have great condos, at a great resort with 6 pools, etc etc, the beach is perfect, the weather is great, the food is delicious, AND if we can get you the price you are looking for your winter stay/spring break/summer vacation we will do it! R we reasonable? YES! But please dont think we are the Microtel 7 miles off the beach--we are fully livable condos right on the beach with all the amenities of a great resort

We rented two of SpongeBob's Condos and had the best time ever! Everyone will love the location and the smell of the salt water, We loved it!!!! Thank you Rob!

We just came back and what a great time we had. The condo was really nicely updated, granite countertops, and had great view of the beach-- since it was classified as gulfview and not direct gulffront, and only being on the second floor we were a little concerned that it would be disappointing. Not a bit!! Weather cooperated and resort was in really good shape, all the pools etc. And it never hurts to mention the price was GREAT! We shopped a LOT of other condo owners and his was the best and it was really nice. We will be back!

We had a quick weekend getaway from the cold up north, and the condo was perfect, great view, well kept and the cleanliness was great. It is a great resort too, with the indoor pool and all the other amenities

We stayed in SpongeBobs Playhouse over the Christmas holidays and it was everything we hoped for. View was great, up to date, amenities were nice, and when we did have one problem with a leaky faucet in the shower it got fixed the next day. Plantation was very nice and indoor pool was wonderful at this time of year.
