  We have rented with Rob several times and have yet to be disappointed. What a great 4 nights we had. The weather was kind of off for this time of year, but we still had a blast. I think my 8 year old now wants to take tennis lessons and my four year old loved the shuffle board. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else. Great area and great resort. We will be back.

  “We have stayed with Spongebob twice now and both times have been great. When it was just the 2 of us we came down in the fall and stayed at a studio with a great view and then came back with some fellow snowbirders this winter and it has been equally wonderful, although this time we took a 2 bed 2 bath. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the resort has a lot of extra things to do during the season and all in all its a good deal and a really nice place to stay. The owner will treat you right and follow through on what he says. We had a couple of things that we needed when we got here and they got done in a day”

  We booked a last minute trip and had a fabulous time! The view from the condo was amazing! The owner is easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here and just lounging on the beach all day long.

  We loved the cute little studio condo. Everything was neat, clean, and OH-So beautiful view of beach and waves! There's nothing like a few days right on the ocean to renew one's spirits!!! Owner was extremely helpful and accurate in description of the property.

  We rented two of SpongeBob's Condos and had the best time ever! Everyone will love the location and the smell of the salt water, We loved it!!!! Thank you Rob!

  We just came back and what a great time we had. The condo was really nicely updated, granite countertops, and had great view of the beach-- since it was classified as gulfview and not direct gulffront, and only being on the second floor we were a little concerned that it would be disappointing. Not a bit!! Weather cooperated and resort was in really good shape, all the pools etc. And it never hurts to mention the price was GREAT! We shopped a LOT of other condo owners and his was the best and it was really nice. We will be back!

  We had a quick weekend getaway from the cold up north, and the condo was perfect, great view, well kept and the cleanliness was great. It is a great resort too, with the indoor pool and all the other amenities

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We stayed in SpongeBobs Playhouse over the Christmas holidays and it was everything we hoped for. View was great, up to date, amenities were nice, and when we did have one problem with a leaky faucet in the shower it got fixed the next day. Plantation was very nice and indoor pool was wonderful at this time of year.
