We, the owners often clean the unit ourselves. We are able to check on the unit every weekend. We replace bedding, towels every couple months. We paint and 'deep' clean the unit every chance we get. We clean carpet every 2 months.
Boardwalk is a very popular place for spring break. It also offers wonderful summer children program. It has Live music on the party deck often, movie on the beach during summer. Snowbirds love it too for its fun activities and gathering!

The condo is beautiful. There is an awesome view from the balcony of the pool and ocean. It was equipped with everything we needed and decorated very nicely. We needed an extra parking pass so we called Anna. She had one delivered to the condo. This showed great hospitality. We stay at the Boardwalk every year and this is one of the nicer condos we have stayed in. Can't wait to go again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The furnishings were very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was awesome of the beach and pool area. We were impressed with how clean the Boardwalk staff kept the grounds and the elevators were a pleasant surprise.( We've stayed at other places that have really slow elevators). Anna, we really appreciated your hospitality and hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks again! GS

Anna, We had a wonderful time at the Boardwalk! The condo was so spacious and had a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean. The pool area was not loud at all like some other condo rentals may be. The kids had a great time on the beach and the pools! You also had the most comfortable bed in the Master that I have ever had in a condo rental! The added beach toys and chairs were a plus!
