Our family villa is located in the Forest Beach area of beautiful Hilton Head Island; a great destination for golfers, families or beach lovers.
This beautiful luxury complex is located in the Forest Beach area. It is only 1 block from the beach and is convenient to all the restaurants and shops of Coligny Plaza. This villa is beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen, tile floors, and decorative molding and sleeps 8.
The conveniences of our villa will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy high-speed, wireless internet access, DVD, TVs in each room, a stereo system, family games, sleeper sofa, washer/dryer and a large balcony.
The complex has a 4th floor pool and spa for guests. Also those staying at North Shore Place have use of one of The Sea Crest's outdoor beachfront pools, pool bar and beach access.

Why the Owner Chose North Shore Place
The location is amazing. You park your car when you arrive and don't need it until you leave. You can walk/bike to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, shopping, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Hilton Head has a great, safe bike trail that runs right in front of our condo. Hop on and bike for miles on a wide, flat trail.
Walk across the street and enjoy the Sea Crest Beachside pool and have lunch at the beach bar/restaurant.
Walk down the beach to the Tiki Hut and volleyball courts.
Walk across the street to the bakery, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and cupcake store!
Sit on the balcony and listen to the live entertainment from Coligny plaza.

Since 1980, Hilton Head has been our annual family vacation spot. We wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Dear Tony, Just wanted you to know we had a very nice time at your condo. It was furnished nicely,clean and loved the convenience of Coligny. Unfortunately we had very little beach time due to the weather--but did enjoy eating out etc. Thanks to your family for such a beautiful place--and thanks for sharing it with us.

This was a great end unit condo- very clean and plenty of room. Added bonuses were a crib, air mattress,books,games, 2 beach chairs, and being beside Coligny Plaza with all its shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the roof top pool as well as access to the beach pool and kiddie beach pool. I would definitely recommend staying here- as long as you don't mind walking a few extra steps to the beach.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
