As you step into our oceanfront villa, the views of the Atlantic Ocean are breathtaking! Our two bedroom, two and a half bath villa is located on the northeast tip of Fripp Island where the Atlantic Ocean and Fripp Inlet meet. Feel the sea breeze as you walk onto the balcony, directly above breaking waves at high tide.
While relaxing in our sunny home away from home, from the balcony and every window you will see and hear the ocean and watch the movement of dolphins, pelicans, herons, and egrets. You will be in your own private and beautiful world.
Despite this corner unit’s feeling of seclusion and privacy, our spacious villa provides easy access to all Fripp Island has to offer! It is only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach, easily accessible from our villa at low tide, and to other amenities, including:

*Newhaven Village oceanfront deck and pavilion
*Ocean Point Golf Course, driving range, and clubhouse
*Surf fishing
*Ocean Point Grille for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Whether at sunrise, high noon, or by moonlight, your view of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom on the second floor is extraordinary. The master bedroom has a new queen bed; the second bedroom, two new twin beds. Each bedroom has a bath with both tub and shower. A new sleeper couch in the living room is next to the half bath. Floors and carpet have also been newly updated. We provide all linens except for beach towels.
Enjoy our fully equipped eat-in kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, and microwave as well as our separate dining room. For your convenience, our freshly painted villa has cable TV and DVD, unlimited long distance calls, and washer and dryer. Garage parking for two cars is provided. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
Fripp Island has three and a half miles of gently sloping beaches; the water is 80 degrees from June through September. Deer, turtles, and other wildlife are abundant. In addition, the Fripp Island Resort amenities include:

You will be able to access all resort amenities with an amenity card. Two free amenity cards are included in your rental fee; additional cards can be purchased prior to your arrival.
For off-island adventures, the 5,000 acre Hunting Island State Park adjoins Fripp Island, with its accessible beaches, lighthouse, and 1120 foot fishing pier. Nineteen miles from Fripp is beautiful Beaufort and its National Historic Landmark District with elegant homes and historic fort, shops and restaurants with local charm, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Savannah (60 miles), Charleston (90 miles), and Hilton Head (55 miles) are all an easy day trip away.
