My husband got tired of squeezing in to my sister's house, so we decided to rent this lovely condo to have some privacy. It was perfect! The furniture is beautiful and the mattress was a dream. I haven't slept so well in a long time. It is very close to the beach. A good bargain, too. We will be back soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

The location of the condo could not have been better. Right across the street from Salt Creek Beach and just a few short minutes from San Clemente and Laguna Beach. We've stayed at Jennifer's place several times. We return because it's a wonderful location - close to the beach - and she takes great care to make sure it's very clean and has everything we could want or expect. It's a great get-away and Salt Creek/Strands Beach is literally across the street. We highly recommend it! Once you've tried this, you won't think of staying anywhere else.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Monarch Beach:
Location to one of the prettiest beaches in Southern California. We are located across from Salt Creek Beach Park in the Monarch Beach area of Dana Point. Dana Point has still managed to maintain a quaint and less-crowded feel even though it is located in a very central area along the coast of Southern California. We enjoy sport fishing and other water sports and Dana point harbor provides excellent facilities, as well as great restaurants and shops.
