Enjoy your family's most treasured time together, summer vacation, in our Bethany Beach Home! It offers Ocean Block safety for the kids, with spectacular views of the Bay’s Sunsets. Our house has been professionally decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while on vacation.

The Three-level floor plan with three master bedrooms offers a lot of privacy. The first floor consists of two bedrooms (Master with one Queen bed and full bath with soaking tub and shower & two Twin beds sharing a large full bathroom with showe), a fully stocked eat-in Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel Bosch and Monogram appliances, living room with fireplace and 42” Plasma TV Home Theater (DVD/VCR), a separate great room for the kids with a large TV (DVD/VCR) and Super Nintendo, dining room with a large table for the whole family, and rap around deck with Patio seating and Ducane gas grill.

The Second level offers the two master bedrooms, laundry room, and a library (large selection of books for your reading pleasure). The library, on one side, overlooks the living room for a great open feel, and on the other side, the community Tennis court. The first master bedroom has a King bed, private balcony, large bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub for two and shower, TV, and fireplace. The second master has a Queen bed, large bathroom with large shower, and TV.

Up the spiral staircase to the third level which hosts another bedroom - perfect for the kids! It has a 2 trundle beds with a single pull out – sleeps four. It is also designed as a loft which overlooks the library.

The entry level floor has storage for towels and beach chairs. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, large closets, and new carpeting. The living room, dining room, library, and great room have beautiful bamboo floors with area rugs. Parking for up to six cars (two cars covered). For those of you who can’t leave all your work at home or for the kids that have to have IM, you will be able to connect to the WEB via our high speed wireless home network.

Our Seabreak Gated Community is ideally suited for a family vacation. Located in an area known as “The Quiet Resorts” you can enjoy the best of both worlds – “a getaway from it all retreat that is close to everything”! It has the safety of a life-guarded beach - quiet and picturesque, and the proximity of golf courses (within 5 minutes). A short and delightful walk from the house (on the community’s private walkways) and you are on the beach – no crossing major streets! You are only minutes away from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, restaurants & shops – something for everyone in the family. The Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is only 10 miles away. The free shuttle makes trips to the Rehoboth outlets on rainy days.

  • This was first time we've used VRBO. The house was exquisite! You really get your money's worth here. Haven't told Mr. Fuster yet that there are 5 bdrms and 4 baths. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. Very open floor plan with plenty of space for all. Exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to returning next year.

  • Great house with tons of space! Bathrooms have just been re-done, and are gorgeous/lux. Another big plus was having two outside showers to clean all sandy children before going inside! Great space for more than one family. Downtown Bethany is so close; long walk, great morning run. Beach is huge. No need to go early to get a "spot", and a dream not to get in a hot car every day. We'd give our week an A!

  • Our entire family loved the home and all of the accomodations. The ability for everyone in our family to get together, have their own beds, areas large enough to play games, hang out, and eat as a family.... The little kids, and some older one, enjoyed the whirl pool bath. The short stroll to the beach was nice and most of us even braved the ocean in mid May. And VT stickers are always a plus!! We plan on coming back next year.

  • We enjoyed a lovely one week vacation here in August, 2007. The house is well situated next to a tennis court,with a very short walk over a boardwalk to a beautiful beach with a lifeguard. There was plenty of room in the house for ourselves, our children and grands to all sleep in comfortable beds with lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need. We all used the wireless network for computer access. We were very pleased with the accomodations, the location and the beach.

  • We stayed at this lovely beach house the summer of 2005 for one week. It was very nice with many upgrades. I enjoyed the two living areas and many bedrooms. Everyone had their own space to relax. Kitchen was full of extras and had everything you could need. I would highly recommend staying here.
