Located in Sunset Bay Development. This charming home was completed in February of 2005. The accommodations are the main house with a lookout room and a swimming pool, and an apartment located on the ground level, separated by poured concrete floors, providing privacy for both.
The main house has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and lookout room with full-size bed, full kitchen, living area, swimming pool, and patio. The apartment is a large efficiency apartment with a queen-size bed, bathroom, well equipped kitchen, sitting area, and patio. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
Casa de Isle has an oceanview with an easy two minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach. Maximum occupancy: six persons (Main House) and two persons (Apartment).

My husband and I are in our mid 50's. We know what it is like to go on vacation and be disappointed on the first day. Our goal is to make sure that our guests enjoy their vacation from the first day.

After traveling for many years we decided it was the most beutiful place to be for our retirement home.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The villa is well equipped and is located approx 300 feet from Taylor Bay, which is a secluded half mile crescent shaped, shallow, calm, white sand beach ideal for children or floating on an air mattress. There are no villas between us and the water just three empty lots. We have a path that cuts thru one lot to the common ground area, where the tennis courts are and then to the beach. An easy 2 minute walk.
All the tall palm trees around the villa are wrapped with clear lights and are on a dusk to dawn timer as well as some spot lights that shine on the landscaping. It is so beautiful and relaxing to be on the deck with the tropical breeze blowing and the stars above. I am sure you will not be disappointed.
We live on the island at least 7 months of the year. When the Main Villa is rented out we live in the apartment below and in the back. When not on the island our best friends take care of the villa. We assist quests when asked, value your privacy, the pool is upstairs and private to the Main Villa, and do all the maintenance so that no other people come on the property. We also furnish our guests with a pay as you go cell phone so if you have any problems or questions when out and about you can call us or the caretakers. We built the house in 2005 and at least half of our guests are repeat customers.
