Park your car and prepare to relax in our inviting two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront villa located in the heart of South Forest Beach.
At Shorewood you will be nestled in palm trees and lush greenery. The Atlantic Ocean is at your front door and shopping, fine restaurants, movie theaters, golf, tennis, and miniature golf are a walk or short drive away.
The Master bedroom, painted in a restful misty green, has a king-size bed, private bath, television, large closet, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds set against a deep blue wall with yellow and blue comforters and shams. This bedroom also has a television and lots of closet space. The adjacent bath is decorated in a matching blue.
Our fully-equipped kitchen allows you to cook up a storm or just fix a leisurely breakfast to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Keep an eye out for dolphins having their breakfast just off the beach! For your convenience a full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen.
The living area has a direct ocean view and direct access to the balcony. It is designed for comfortable conversation, reading, or watching a movie on our large screen cable TV and DVD/VCR combination. The couch converts to a queen-size sleeper for two additional guests.
Our recent renovating was done with beach-goers in mind. The building is well maintained inside and out and our unit is handicapped accessible. New windows and doors enhance the view and allow you to enjoy a cool evening ocean breeze.
The large oceanfront pool with separate baby pool sets the scene for relaxing or swimming while watching the waves roll in. Our complex is gated for privacy. Golf courses abound on Hilton Head and we will tell you how to get some good rates. Hi-speed wireless internet connection allows you to check on your email. We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rental to obtain discounted pricing on weekly bicycle rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Shorewood Villas
Shorewood is one of the nicest and best located properties on Hilton Head. Our unit is direct ocean front with wonderful views. We rehabbed the unit several years ago and continually upgrade something each year. This year we replaced the living room couch and put in a new hardwood laminate floor in the living room and dining area.

My wife and I have had a real estate development business for 30 years. We vacationed on Hilton Head for many years and in recent years have bought several properties. We completely rehab and redecorate each property, doing much of the work ourselves. We try to make each unit one that we would like to stay in ourselves. Our guests seem to like our places, because we get many wonderful comments.

We had a great stay in your condo. Everything was very clean and organized. The condo was spacious and tastefully decorated. This was our first visit to HHI and we loved it! Our boys,ages 4 and 6, really loved the pool and the fact that they could watch their favorite cartoon channels. They also loved looking at the rabbits in the back yard. Weather was great for the beach. We also played mini-golf and ate a lot! We could not have asked for a better vacation or accommodations and we look forward to visiting again.

We had another fabulous visit. This is our second year in 209. The weather was spectacular. I have been to the ocean many times, and never seen the water as calm as it was this week. Thank you for another lovely visit. We'll be here again next summer!
