Bob and Anne, In our first trip to the US Virgin Islands, we couldn't have found a more hospitable host and hostess, a more beautiful view from our windows and deck, or a more wonderful experience. This was a much needed vacation; a break from reality, and our near approaching commitments...a calm before the storm. Speaking of storms, Hurricane Omar ended up being what we like to say-Weak Sauce. But it was a nice treat to have a lovely meal with you both between rain showers. When we weren't enjoying this lovely apartment, we were having incredible adventures snorkeling in Francis Bay, Waterlemon Cay, Haulover Bay, and Leinster Bay. It was by far the best snorkeling Ollie and I have ever experienced. Thank you for such a fabulous place to stay while we visited St. John. We hope we can make it back to this tropical paradise. Signed, Ollie and Sarah

Bob and Anne Many, many thanks for everything! You were gracious from start to finish. And we were grateful for your support, advice and happy spirits. We loved your home and enjoyed our stay tremendously. All the best to both of you. We'll see you again when Michael signs up for the 8 Tuff Miles. [St. John's famous, annual foot race, editor]

The three days passed so quickly. And we had a wonderful time. St. John is such a wonderful place, and we definitely will come back for another vacation. The apartment is just beyond our expectation. It has everything we needed. Thank you so much for the useful information given to us before we came. That really helped us to plan the trip. We wish we could stay longer. Thanks again for the hospitality and see you next time. Signed, Raymond & Ning

Good ol' Bob Klenke, eats at Skinny's. But his legs are not lanky. Burgers and fries are OK, but his palate demanded a little more spice. Like some beans....and some rice. So the Cubans obliged. We can fix you right up with some hot picadillo. To which [wife] Annie replied, "I hope they're not feeding me ground armadillo!" When Bob took a whiff, he did three quick back flips. "Holy cow, where have I been all this time?". "How did I miss a dish so sublime?" No Bob, it's your place that's divine. We merely mixed some beef with some lime. Signed, Mo and Abby, your Miami Cubans

I don't like the pressure of being the first to write in your new book! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely apartment with Roger & me. It was perfect and had everything we needed. You have furnished it wonderfully. I read 6 of your books! We especially enjoyed hearing about how you landed here on St. John while our "dirty laundry" was being taken care of. Thanks for all your tips and advice. [The stuffed french toast at the Donkey Diner was awesome!]. Hopefully, we will see you again. Signed L&R
