I have rented this condo 3 times now for a girlfriends outing. We have enjoyed it so much that before our stay is over were already talking about when we are coming back. The condo is clean, extremely well furnished. Beautiful décor, very relaxing, you can’t help but feel better. The views are the best, even when it has been cold and snowy it is so beautiful with the lake right at the end of the condo. But when the sun is out OMG that blue water is like a sapphire….. The area has so much to do you should never be board. The people that have come up with us have really enjoyed the condo for what it has to offer, and the views they just couldn't believe how beautiful they are. Were already talking about a fall trip.

I would highly recommend this property to all my friends. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations are wonderful!!! The photos dont do it justice...designer kitchen,immaculate,very nice. We did not want to leave and we will definitely return.

We stayed in one of these units in September, 2011, and fell in love! If you are looking for the perfect condo with the perfect view, this is absolutely it! Heated floors, granite countertops, upgraded appliances (unusual in rental condo's), great furnishings! The view from the master bedroom and living room are beyond words! Time on the patio is private - no "neighbors" watching you from either side. It's perfection! We will never look elsewhere, and hope to return every year!

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed In

We had the best vacation in Colorado because of this condo. We have 2 small children so we took advantage of the grill and ate all of our meals at the condo. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the large deck. The big plus was the washer and dryer in the unit. I came home with one load of wash to do instead of 10. Our children loved the indoor pool. We went twice and were the only people there. The condo was very clean and you have lots of room. The owners are great to work with and everything was as they said it would be. We will be staying here the next time we come back to Colorado.

A gorgeous well-kept Colorado experience in the heart of this outdoor playground! Every amenity was provided for and can't wait to return back to this condo with my extended family and friends. The hot-tub, panoramic views, kitchen, bathrooms and sleeping arrangements are luxurious.

What more can I say about the view? It is spectacular with lake in foreground and the range of mountains from Keystone to Breckenridge to Frisco and beyond (makes an unbelievable panoramic picture), and framed perfectly from Kitchen/living area and bedroom's wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows. Fix meals, eat, sit by fireplace, and even open your eyes in bed(which are so comfy) to the amazing view! Location is also great. Hop, skip and jump to nearby Keystone, not far from Breckenridge, and Copper mtn. We even drove to Ski Cooper in Leadville. Bike path is literally at the complexes door step and Dillon marina is just down the road. To "but not perfect" review, do not base your opinion on this review, i can dispute all poor opinions. I literally was shocked to walk with no socks on heated floors in the dead of January. Very comfortable. Also pool and hot tub are a breeze to get to, go down elevator (next to this condo), go thru parking garage(apprx. 6 car spaces), and your there. It's Indoors, very warm! What more could you want! I could go on and on. While its not luxury resort, it has everything you need and want. Thanks for wonderful stay. Looking forward to return in May, to enjoy summer activities!

GREAT VIEWS OF LAKE DILLON

Our family has stayed here twice in as many years. We've found this place to be the best location with regard to the proximity to popular ski areas...Keystone, Breck, A-Basin, etc. The owners are great, and have worked with us to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. We plan to come back again and again each year. There is a shopping center across the street, within walking distance, that you can get everything from groceries, ski wear, and housewares to watching a movie at the theater! There's also a shuttle/bus service that takes you right to the lifts! We highly recommend this place!

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed in the Summit Suite for an inexpensive couples weekend...we loved it so much! We enjoyed the suite as much as we did skiing! It is a perfect combination of a cozy cabin & upscale living. The view off of the deck was breathtaking! The pictures do not do justice for this immaculate condo. We are skiing again in March & were disappointed that we could not rent both sides. This condo was delightful!!! So cozy & charming. Our group was 2 couples. We holed up and watched the snow blow in over the mountain, popped in a DVD & watched the fire crackle. We also drove to Copper, Vail, Breck & Aspen. Great location!! Love the attention to detail with what is provided & great customer service!!

What an amazing condo! My Aussie friends and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. The decor is great, the beds extremely comfortable, and as for the mountain views....I just don't think it can get much better than that - beautiful! We especially enjoyed just relaxing by the fireplace and hanging out on the balcony. And the location is perfect. Thanks again Bruce and Sheree!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful, and amenities perfect. The location is excellent, especially if you want to visit Breckenridge, without staying in it. Wonderful decoration, fits the location. We especially like the fireplace. Easy to book, owner very helpful.

My family stayed at this beautiful condo on Lake Dillon and had a fabulous vacation. The location is perfect, as it is convenient to all the local ski areas and close to lots of great shopping, restaurants and theatres. You can simply walk across the street for all of these options! The unit is beautiful and the views are amazing. We loved the decor, with the fireplace and heated floors, keeping it cozy and warm. After our day on the mountain, we also loved coming back to the hot tub, pool, waterfall and incredible view from the spa room. We are already planning to come back again next year!

Great views, but not perfect

The condo has great views and location - very convenient to dining and shopping. It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Everything was very clean. However, the heated floors never got very heated - we were there in March and floors were cold the entire time. We have three kids and sitting or lying on the floor was not an option - there weren't any rugs or carpet. Toaster didn't work and utensils in kitchen were not the best. The lighting is very dim in every room. One night at 1am the electricity went off for two hours. While we realize this is not the condo owners fault, we tried to call all the maintenance numbers to report it and either got a machine or no answer at all. There wasn't a listing of local utilities in any of the information in the condo, so we didn't even know which electric company to call (there were two listed in the phone book). We ended up calling the non-emergency 911 number for Dillon to report the outage. It would be helpful to future guests if a list of local utilities and phone numbers was posted in the condo. The pool was so far from the condo that we never used it at all. We won't be staying here again, nor will we recommend it to friends. The only good things were the awesome views and close proximity to everything in Dillon.

Owner response:We take great pride in our two premier luxury condos on the lake and will do whatever it takes to make our guest experience the finest! We have a full staff on call to assist with any problems. We love lots of snow but unfortunately in this case the blizzard that hit Summit County temporarily knocked out all of the power. Public Service was immediately on top of the power outage and had the power restored within 2-3 hours. As with any power outage, clocks and thermostats needed to be reset to get the floor heating back on. The in floor heat works great when properly set and feels heavenly on your feet. We had our handyman check it out and it all works well achieving up to 76 degrees in each room and toasty warm floors. He also tested the Kitchen Aid toaster and found it working properly...although it does require flipping the lever to hold the toast down. We have rugs in the master bedroom, kitchen and hallway but with the heat properly set, most guests prefer the warmth of the stone floor directly on their feet. Our mountain view spa with waterfall as well as our heated pool is just a short fifteen or so steps from the elevator and is a favorite amongst our repeat guests and their kids as many condo complexes share with other buildings and may require a walk or even a drive to get to them! Ours is just a quick elevator ride and a few short steps....and in the same building! We timed it...with the elevator ride it took less than a minute from the condo to the spa! We try to make the condos and its many features as fool proof as possible, but if our guests experience a problem we will bend over backwards to assist in any way we can. Even though we are not a hotel with a front desk and on site staff, we are generally easy to reach. We look forward to sharing this very unique mountain rustic upscale condo on the lake with your family!

Bruce, The condo was great! Very inviting and comfortable for our group of 7. The vew is spectactular with the frozen Lake Dillon with the snow capped mountains peaks in the background. Our family enjoys the views in the winter and summer this area has to offer. The price of the condo was within our budget, which is always great. The 2 days skiing at Copper was good also. The day of the storm, we stayed and watched from the warmness of the condo. I thought Nebraska wind was loud, Colorado wind came in Monday night and it howled all night and half the next day. This is a definite place we will keep in mind for future trips for family get togethers. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Ron and Lori Kuhn

We rented BOTH units for our group of 13, and this place was nothing short of AMAZING in every aspect. The VIEW, the DECOR, the VIEW, the FULLY APPOINTED KITCHENS, & did I mention the VIEW! This was our SIXTH year renting condos in the Keystone area and we know what's out there! Our past rentals have been at Mtn House, River Run, Frostfire, and the Seasons. This place has them all beat . . .HANDS DOWN! Our search over the years has been for the perfect location, at the perfect price, run by the perfect guy (okay, so we've never really MET Bruce, but he was easy to work with and he's got REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS in these units so we're willing to elevate him to 'perfect' status). The peek-a-boo fireplaces in the master bedrooms are charming! Thanks, Bruce! POINTE DILLON CONDOS ROCKS!

What can I say that the others haven't? Teh condo felt like home the minute we walked in the door. The view was even better than the online pictures. My wife adopted one couch my daughter the other. I got the kitchen. Had a family Thanksgiving/ Christmas reunion and didn't need anything extra in the kitchen. All the benefits of Breck at half the cost.

Awesome views of Dillon Lake and surrounding mountains.....and very comfortable accomodation. Location is fabulous, centrally located to hiking, biking, walking, siteseeing, and shopping. The condo was so nice, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking at the condo and relaxing on the balcony after a day exploring the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended. We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked through the front door! The views are AMAZING, truly. The decor was modern yet comfortable and the entire unit was so thoughtfully stocked with every little extra you might need. There's nothing like waking up in the master suite to full views of Lake Dillon and the snow-topped mountains, then having coffee out on the balcony in complete quiet. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail were less than half an hour's drive away. I was so sad to leave, I almost cried! We'll definately be back.

What a wonderful condo. The inside, the convenience being where it is located and the view, BEAUTIFUL!!!!! We had a family reunion in Dillon 35 people,5 separate places and ours at Point Dillon #303 Aug 9--Aug 16 and it was the best and all our family came to check it out at different times and could not believe the view. We've stayed in many various condos on Lake Dillon but this is absolutely our very favorite. The furnishings are beautiful, the deck is huge and well equipped and the view is absolutely unbeatable. It's difficult to make yourself leave to enjoy the many wonderful activites Summit County has to offer.

We were ther in September and the weather was beautiful. The condo is wonderful, everything you need is there. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all types of cook ware, everything is very close and handy.The place just says"Relax". Very welcoming decore. 4 of us stayed there and had plenty of room. The view from the large deck was beautiful, you could almost reach out and touch the water.... This would be a nice place to have a family outing, and accommadte it very easy. Would recommend this to my friends.

We stayed in one of these units last September and could say nothing but good things about it. The view is just fabulous, totally unencombured with trees or buildings. Will rent again this year.
