Come spend your vacation at our Beach Front Townhouse located directly on the White Sands overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This home has upstairs master bedroom with KING size bed, TV, Sitting area for reading or viewing the gulf, Private balcony overlooking the Gulf.
Second Bedroom upstairs has separate balcony overlooking the Lake at Summer Breeze, Queen bed. Upstairs, dual access bathroom. Downstairs has full bath, Queen sleeper sofa in living room, TV/DVD/Cable.

My husband and I planned a very last minute 1 year anniversary trip to PCB. This properties owner worked with us, and suggested local places for us to go to. The townhome was very modern especially compared to most that I viewed on this website. You could tell it was recently renovated. The area of the beach it is located on was not congested at all! The water was crystal clear and the sand very white. We experienced extreme relaxation on our trip and would love to return.

We booked this from Lisa at the very last minute and it was almost too easy! She is so accomodating and upon arrival, had music playing and lights on to welcome us. The home is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. Everything about tbis house is perfect. We loved having breakfast on the back patio and then walking just steps to the beach. It is nice to not feel like you are in a hotel. We will definitely be back!

What a delight to rent from such a wonderful amd accomodating owner! Townhome is located in walking distance to Pier Park. Pictures do not do this townhome justice, as it has had a complete renovation and is beautifully decorated! I enjoyed being able to simply walk out on the expansive back deck and have my toes in the sand. You can't get that in the typical high-rise condos. We never left except to parasail and enjoy Pier Park! A wonderful oasis! We left with great memories of the most beautiful beach, relaxed and renewed. We will definitely be back!
