    • We rented this unique and charming home while our own larger place was rented elsewhere in town. We loved the quick proximity to central Ketchum and the fact that our dog could live outdoors in the wonderful yard without being at risk - even though we were still right across the street from some exceptional and varied hiking on the backside of Dollar Mountain to the east. And, looking the other way, west, from the private, elevated hottub deck, we were directly facing Baldy, unobstructed, over the lower rooftops of the town. What a special place from which to enjoy Sun Valley! The inside was just what we needed, with the two completely separate living rooms and TV and fireplace settups, just in case we had different tastes in sources for evening news, sports shows or movies. The beds were plenty comfortable too. The owner is so accommodating and understood our needs to perfection. I guess it makes sense to rent from a former property manager! We highly recommend this darling, convenient and private custom home!

    • We have enjoyed our summer stays twice in this charming home. We love the Western style furnishings and the 2-story plus loft lay-out. Our dog has enjoyed playing in the fenced, grassy yard too! The home is bright and airy and has large windows with views of aspen trees and Baldy. It is conveniently located at the entrance to Ketchum so you can walk anywhere. The home is well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies. An added plus is the owner is very nice and is available should you have any questions or requests. We look forward to coming back next summer to this little piece of paradise!

    • Wonderful family home. Excellent kitchen and comfortable living areas. 3 levels with multiple family rooms gave our young adult kids some space of their own, without hiding them from us completely. Very convenient to both town and ski lifts. And, most important to us, our golden retriever felt totally welcome in this home.
