With a third-story deck, granite countertops, comfortable bedrooms and baths on each floor, large-screen TV, flagstone patio in front, and a coveted two-car garage, this home is the ultimate in beach accommodations! The upper deck is a relaxing haven. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee and watch the waves, or have an evening cocktail and watch the nightly fireworks at SeaWorld!
This 3br/3ba house will comfortably sleep 7-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath with a large deck. The second bedroom has a bunk-style bed with a full mattress on the bottom, and a twin mattress on the top. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath and private entrance from the side.
This house is GORGEOUS, and is a non-smoking vacation rental.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
I decided to take the vacation beach rental biz to another level. As a customer, I have loved coming to Mission Beach for years, but lamented over the quality (or lack-thereof) of the accomodations. It is my goal to have LuvSanDiegoSurf beach rentals feel like you are home away from home!

My wife and 2 very young kids stayed at this house for 4 nights in January and absolutely loved it. If you're looking for a home away from home (with a 2 car garage!), but with the added perks of being right next to everything in San Diego, especially the beach and bay, then you'll have to search forever to find a better place!! We'll definitely come back when it's warmer to enjoy the deck on the 3rd floor and the patio with bbq grill out front. Other quick notes: Management was very accommodating and responsive. My elder son loved the bunk bed. There were heaters in 2 of the bedrooms, which we needed in January for the young ones. The kitchen is relatively well stocked, but of course, the grocery store is also nearby. Don't forget to get cinnamon rolls from Baked, an awesome bakery nearby!

This was a great beach house!!! Pictures do not do it justice...ITS SO MUCH BETTER!!! Quiet and steps from the beach. Its also close to Starbucks and Ralphs. I can't wait to reserve this place again!!
