Lighthouse Towers is a direct beach front building on the Gulf of Mexico on Sand Key in Clearwater Beach, with soft white sand beaches and no crowds. Lighthouse Towers offers a gulf front heated pool with oceanview, spa, a wet bar with BBQ-grill, tennis court, shuffle-board, reserved parking and 24 hour security. The pool gets sunshine all day since it is located beside the building rather than behind it. The white sandy beaches and warm Gulf waters are a pleasure.

Lighthouse Towers is steps away from Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Park. Sand Key has been consistently ranked as one of America's top 20 beaches. Cross over the bridge or take the trolley to popular Clearwater Beach. Tampa International Airport is a 30 minute drive, shopping malls, boutiques, restaurants are all close by.

Our Condo has two bedrooms and two baths, walk-in closet, living room, dining area, kitchen, and large balconies off of living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king-size bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has extra sleeper sofa. It includes everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay, such as new linens, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, fully furnished rooms, 3 TVs with cable, VCR, DVD, even a washer and dryer. We also now have broadband internet access! Just bring your clothes and yourselves, that is all you will need!

9/1/09--11/30/09:  $800 weekly, $2500 monthly
12/1/09--4/30/10:  $1000 weekly, $3500 monthly
5/1/10--8/31/10:  $900 weekly, $2800 monthly
14 night minimum rental required.
Please add 12% sales tax, $75 housekeeping fee and $100 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes & fees are due 30 days prior to arrival & are non-refundable.
$500 deposit guarantees reservation. This $500 then becomes security deposit
which will be returned upon departure, assuming no damage to unit.

Year Purchased: 2003

My husband and I live with our 2 young sons in Stow, MA, and enjoy our family vacations to Florida once or twice a year. We always visit in the summer (it is very hot in FL, but we don't mind it since we can swim in the gulf waters and in the condo pool), and sometimes in April. October is our favorite time to be in FL, the weather is so perfect, but usually that doesn't work out due to school schedules.

Why the Owner Chose Sand Key

We had always dreamed of owning property on the ocean. When we took a family vacation and drove through the Sand Key area (we were driving around to let our babies nap in the back seat!), we fell in love with the condos that were surrounded by water, and decided to invest in one.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Staying in a condo with children is so much more pleasurable than a hotel. When our children need to nap or take a break from the sun, they have space to spread out and rest or play, while we are still able to enjoy the breathtaking views. We also prefer not to go to restaurants 3 times/day, and being at the condo allows us to grill by the ocean, order take-out, or cook in the kitchen while looking at the intracoastal waterway.

    • My husband and I have stayed in this Condo 2 years in a row. We have already booked for next year. The view is incredible. The beach is pristine and private. Lighthouse Towers is a safe, and impeccably clean environment. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we have had. We have stayed at many condos over the past few years both on Sand Key Beach and Clearwater Beach but 1906 is like a home away from home, only better.

    • Eight Thumbs Up! My family of four (including 2 boys ages 3 and 5) stayed in the Lighthouse Towers condo for a week in January and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. We will never be cooped up in a hotel room again – this is the way to go, especially with young kids! Having a kitchen AND washer and dryer were just wonderful - all the comforts of home, minus the snow! The condo itself is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The grounds are immaculate and we really liked the safety of the gated building. The location is unbelievably gorgeous - you can view the sunrise over the Intracoastal in the front and watch the sunset over the Gulf on the patio. I loved that we could step out of the building directly onto the beach or pool area – it was so convenient. We will be coming back here again and again!
