We require a minimum of three night's stay.
Condos may be sublet or together... there is a lockable door between. One side sleeps four, full kitchen, king bed and sleeper sofa. The other side sleeps four, with two queen beds and kitchenette.
Great location. Puerto Vallarta is one of our favorite places on earth. We are sometimes woken up by the sound of whales splashing a few hundred yards off shore!

We have driven for 3 weeks from Chicago, IL throughout northern Mexico. We’ve stayed in a very dirt apartment in Monterrey with giant cockroaches and a bathroom black with fungus. In Durango we slept in the mountains overlooking countless apple orchards and battling brown scorpions. In Guadalajara we won enough money at a cockfight to splurge on a decent hotel, which had BOTH! Cockroaches and scorpions. This condo in Puerto Vallarta has been an oasis of peace and solitude in the battle for a night’s rest. Clean, beautiful, and a washer and dryer! Does orgasmic define your accommodations? For us, yes. We had a great time and excellent stay. The hotel had everything we needed and more. The excellent view was one of the best parts. We went on a booze cruise and canopy tour, which was better than, expected. So much fun! Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Our week here was wonderful. The condo was just perfect. The staff was great, the weather, the restaurants, etc, couldn’t have been better. We can’t believe it’s time to leave already. We loom forward to a new tradition of girl’s week in PVR. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your beautiful PV getaway. It was everything we have heard and more. From Rafael, the jogging waiter, to the quaint charm of Old Town, we made memories to last a lifetime.

The digs were great! Weather was great also. The activities we did---Canopy Tour and cruising on Pegaso for snorkeling was the best. It was great to be here with it being so warm. The ocean was incredible and we didn’t want to get out. Can’t wait to get back.

We had a great time in PV, even though it was the start of the rainy season, it didn’t strop us from having lots of fun times. The two rooms really made our stay. The boys could stay up and watch movies while we had our own romantic getaway. Our favorite restaurant was Brasil. Thanks for the tip. Our favorite beach was at the tip of the bay in Punta Mita. The water was clean and the sand was fine with no rocks. Our favorite activity was the dune buggies and the ATVs at Mud Rats. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us. We’ve been coming to PV for ten years, this was the first time in a condo and we loved it. We watched dolphins in the bay nearly every day from the balcony with our morning coffee. Our last night the pirate ship sat off the beach and shot off their fireworks. Very cool. We love this area and the beaches. We meet up with all our vendor friends we’ve met over the years. We also met a lot of new friends which is always fun. We love the décor and especially the pocket doors. Since we’re coming back in January, this was a great trial for us. We’re coming back with friends and plan to have many happy hours on the balcony. Had a great time in PV, thanks for the use of your condo. Can’t wait to come back. Brasil is an awesome restaurant. La Iguana Fiesta is also a lot of fun. It was like coming home after just being here in December. Once again the weather was perfects as was your home away from home. Wouldn’t change a thing! Thanks again! We had a great time. I caught a 25 lb fish. Swam, lay on the beach, went horseback riding etcetera. We had a great time checking out the local restaurants. The condom was great! This was by far the best vacation ever! Thanks so much for the condo and the hospitality. We went to Yelapa, the Rhythms of the night, enjoyed the swim-up bar at the pool. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon.

3/2005 Thanks so much for sharing your lovely condo with us, the décor is perfect and we really enjoyed to pool and beach. We thought it was the nicest resort on the strip. Then view was beautiful and enjoyable for our daily afternoon “happy hour.” We actually saw whales jumping on our last day. Thanks again for making our Mexican vacation awesome, we hope to come back soon My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The Dominican has been our usual vacation spot, but now we will always consider Puerto Vallarta. We had a great time and loved your condo. It’s very nice and in a great location, close to downtown, but not too close! The view is spectacular.
