Property description

Our home is situated in the Pacific Northwest, on the outskirts of the small border town of Sumas, WA, halfway between Seattle (180 km) and Vancouver, BC (90 km).. Whether you fly in from Abbotsford, BC. airport (10 km), Bellingham, WA. airport (38 km), or even from Seattle, WA. airport (180 km), or Vancouver Int. BC. airport (90 km ), our home will give a quiet nights sleep. A rural country feeling yet within walking distance to all amenities. Our location is ideal for travelers who enjoy the ocean, the mountains, city life, or just relaxing. Being so close to the US/CDN border you can choose your time to cross, avoiding long line-ups that so often happen on holiday weekends. Use our home for a base for all your adventures to the wonderful Fraser Valley north of the border or to the playground of the Pacific Northwest. Our home is very quiet and warm, giving you time to relax and recharge for the next day.. Simply sit by the stone fireplace and enjoy the scenery from the oversized windows on the chilly days or enjoy the central a/c for those hot summer days. With raised ceilings and extra lighting the spacious living/kitchen area makes a fine social area for entertaining and family gatherings.
