The buildings are secluded between two small creeks with a beautiful boardwalk winding over the creek and surrounded by the stunning Rocky Mountains. No traffic, no noise just perfect peace and serenity. With all the high end finishes of a boutique hotel plus all the home from home necessities this is a perfect spot to unwind with family and friends. The most beautiful view of the Three Sisters Mountains is on full display from the picture windows. A fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter with bar seating for 4 and a dining table seating 4 makes it easy for family meals. Leather couches, river rock fireplace and flat screen TVplus plenty of family puzzles and board games means even unfavourable weather doesn’t mean you can’t snuggle down and have fun. Each bedroom has high-end, quality linens, down duvets & the bathrooms a deep soaker tub and two glass showers. There is an infant’s travel cot & toys and an adult’s (camping) cot for a last minute extra guest. The ground floor condo has a large patio with 4 adirondack chairs looking onto the most spectacular views surrounded by lovely landscaping. The building has a small, well- equipped gym, an outdoor, year round hot tub and underground heated, secure parking. The entire building is heated using geothermal technology & the condo has radiant infloor heating. A washer/dryer is also in the unit.

Elevation Place is a 2 minute walk way. This is Canmore's premier recreational and activity center. Opened in 2013, this complex houses the community swimming pool, water slide, exercise facility and an expansive indoor climbing wall. Canmore Public Library is also co-located in the same building.

About the owner: We are a family living in Calgary who love being close to the mountains. We like to ski, hike, bike and generally enjoy all the Rockies and the amenities of Canmore. We love to travel ourselves and experience other cultures and locations but always look to relaxing retreats in Canmore.
Why the Owner Chose Canmore: We bought this property after having visited Canmore numerous times. We are hoping to share our love of the Rockies with our 2 children and think it will be a great place for family vacations and a place for the kids to experience nature and outdoor recreation. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We really love the location of our condo; it allows you to enjoy the town without needing to use a car. Having the shops a short walk on the boardwalk means you do not have to plan ahead, and you can go out and enjoy an evening meal or night at the pub with a short walk home. The ground floor location is a tremendous plus, it provides easy access to a larger patio area within a private setting allow us to enjoy the view, especially while the kids are able to play outside a short distance away.
