Hello - we are a family of 4 w/ 2 teenaged kids. This is our 7th year skiing at Kirkwood over our kids' Spring Break. This is our 1st year staying in a VRBO condo, however. We will definitely use this service to stay here again! This unit was exactly as described and met every expectation. We really enjoyed having a unit with a street + Meadow view - it was much more entertaining than if we were looking at a snowbank out the back. The ski-in/-out feature was very handy for us: we were able to come in for breaks and lunch with very little effort. The kitchen is fully equipped and saved us money by our cooking and eating in, rather than going out to eat (which has limited choices anyway). We enjoyed the little 'extras' that the owners have thought of to make this an exceptional rental home. I will also add that this unit was not where we were supposed to stay originally - the unit we had originally rented had a problem, so we had to switch at the last minute. The owners of both units were gracious in arranging this switch, and they worked together to turn what could have been a disastrous vacation into a pleasurable week for us. Thank you, owners! :)

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo. We have rented many properties in ski areas over the years and this was one of the best equipped, cleanest and well maintained. It seemed clear that extra efforts were taken to make this a real vaction retreat not just a ski rental. The added bonus was being able to take our dog. We really appreciated that the owners were able to create a beautiful unit and still allow our family pet. We hope to return to Snowcrest again soon!

This condo is all that is listed and so much more! It is clean and comfortable with all sorts of extras (games, books, movies, music, etc.). The owner was great help with getting us there and what was in the area (we had never been to Kirkwood before). He was quick to respond to any questions during our stay, he was great to work with and made every effort to make sure we had a great stay. I would recommend this property to all - we hope to return! Thanks for a great vacation!

We just returned from 5 wonderful days in Snowcrest 105. Everything was perfect. With the ski in/ski out location the skiers in our family could head for the slopes whenever they wanted, drop back in for lunch, then head out for the afternoon. The condo is beautiful and very well-equipped. We hope to return next year!

Better than expected accommodations and the ski in-ski out feature is really the cherry on top. The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Five adults with room to spare. We stayed for ten days and we could have stayed longer. The entry has a large bench for taking off your boots and storing gear. When you are ready to get on the slopes...just walk down the hall, and out the back door and you are at the lifts. The condo is homey and comfy with scrabble and comfortable seating. The best part is the views. We would ride for a few hours, come in and have lunch, then back to ride till the lifts closed. It was heaven. Thanks Richard and family for the nice accomodations. The private parking garage was a great convienence. We look forward to returning again and again.

A wonderfull place! We spent a lovely weekend in this unit for the Death Ride. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and fully stock with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. We'll be back!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. It is very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It has all the amenities of home. We loved that we could bring our dog as well. The location was perfect for day hikes out the door and the park and pool at Kirkwood were great for the kids too. The whole rental process was clear and easy and Mr. Odenheimer was a delight to work with.

This was such a terrific place to stay..the ski-in/ski-out feature was the ultimate in convenience for our group. The condo is beautifully furnished, very comfortable with just about every imaginable amenity you might need. We also loved the fact that we could bring our dog and that there was plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. Mr. Odenheimer was very friendly and helpful which helped to make our trip even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to visiting Snowcrest 105 again and again!!! Over the years we have stayed in numberous rentals around Tahoe. This property truly is one of the best we've found. It is so nice to find a spacious condo that is clean, neat, and nicely appointed, with the added bonus of a ski-in-ski-out location. This is definitely a property to recommend to friends and family!

What a wonderful condo! Our family of five spent a weekend here in July, hiking, enjoying the pool and kayaking on nearby Caples Lake. There was plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. The condo is in excellent condition and beautifully furnished. There are lots of little extras like a great selection of books and games for the kids. We will definitely come back and look forward to the ski in/ski out convenience that the unit offers during the winter.

This is a great condo! My two teenage daughters and I stayed here in late April. The ski in/ski out feature made it convenient for all of us to ski our favorite lifts and just meet at "home" both for lunch and at the end of the day. What flexibility. Skiing logistics have never been easier. And when the girls felt like having a snowball fight one evening, they just walked back to the edge of the slopes and started playing. Also, the kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. Living room is comfy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. And it is great to have a garage to park the car in.

my friend and I just returned from a visit to Kirkwood. The condo was far better than anticipated. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could want, including an expresso machine. We were very comfortable there. It didn't seem like a typical rental, much more care was involved. It was the perfect location for our hikes, all within minutes and only 2 miles to the 140 year old historical Kirkwood Inn. The best dining available. The owners of the condo were very accomadating for all our needs.
