STAY at our private piece of PARADISE. If you are tired of staying at the crowded condo complexes than this is the place for you!!!
OUR spectacular 3BR 2 bath 1600 sq. foot LAKEFRONT home sits DIRECTLY on the WATER with an AWESOME view of the main channel. It is elegantly furnished with numerous amenities, including your very own 10x28 BOAT DOCK and SWIM platform. Also, you can walk right in - NO STEPS!!!
THE large living room has comfy furniture and a cozy FIREPLACE. There is a TV/VCR/DVD and CABLE for your viewing pleasure. You also have a great VIEW of the lake if you want to stay inside and enjoy the comforts of home.
OFF the LR is a large SCREENED-in deck with one of the best views of the lake which seems to go on for miles. You can watch the kids fish or swim off your PRIVATE boat dock or just sit back and relax while watching the boats go by. There also is a BBQ grill for you to cook on when you want to just stay in PARADISE and not go out.
THE kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, pots & pans and dishes. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a large dining area with table and 4 chairs. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer if needed.
THE master BR has a KING bed and there is a 27"TV/DVD/VCR. There is a large window with a view of the lake and a door which leads out to the deck. The master bath has a JETTED tub and seperate shower. There is also a walk in closet. There are 2 other bedrooms. They both have FULL size beds and ceiling fans. One also has a large window with a view of the lake and a door leading out to the deck. Both bathrooms have plenty of fluffy towels along with bath soaps. All linens are also provided.
IF that's not enough there is more, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
You are within walking distance to one of the finest restaurants on the lake. There are several golf courses close by and you are close to all the shopping and activities the lake has to offer.
