Situated on Abbeville Court, this newer constructed, beautiful, four bedroom home is located on a water way just half mile from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You can take a leisurely walk or bike to the beaches or a morning jog - stop for coffee or a drink at the cafes or restaurants along the way or pop into a movie at the near by theater. This home is located in a very convenient area and a nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your favorite libation while watching the spectacular sunsets on the beach at the many beach bars or restaurants.

We stayed in this beautiful home in July 2013. It was comfortable, clean and a great location! We used the pool daily and the hot tub in the evenings. We rode the bikes every morning. Our teen agers enjoyed catching tropical fish right behind the home while we watched from the lounge chairs at the pool. The house was close to paid beach parking or free bike parking. The cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella made our trips to the beach very enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pans for making meals and fancy glasses are provided for evening cocktails! Also close to shopping and many restaurants! We enjoyed some fo the videos/dvds in the evening, the living room was comfortable, plenty of seating, we enjoyed quality family time. The owners are nice to work with and prompt to answer any questions.

About the owner: Bill and Sandy AND Tom and Nancy are home owners in Florida and Wisconsin. We love the warm weather and boating, but love the snow and sport activities as well. We are several years away from retiring and hope to move to Marco Island.
