Nestled on a gentle hillside just a few feet above a stunning, Caribbean Bay, Hummingbird Hill is a two bedroom, fully furnished home surrounded by tropical flowering plants and the ocean right in front of you. The floor plan is bi-level and features a spacious living area with open kitchen, dining room, and powder room on the upper floor. Downstairs are two large bedrooms with private baths.
The home has all the amenities that you will need to accommodate four to six people... great beds, linens, comfortable furniture, cable, internet access, telephone, fully-equipped kitchen, and private swimming pool. Double French doors in every room provide beautiful views that will take your breath away.
You can walk right down our driveway to a sandy beach. Oh, and did I mention the gentle tropical breeze and the hummingbirds? Want more? As our guest you have access to Divi Resort and Casino which is less than a two minute walk from the house with its own beautiful beach, hammocks, pools, spa, fitness center, restaurants, gift shop, tennis courts, and casino. There is also a dive shop onsite and you can rent snorkeling, windsurfing, and kayaking equipment.

Please see below for weekly rates. Booking is quite simple, 50% is due when you book and the balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. A $250 security deposit is required, but will be refunded within two weeks if nothing is missing or there is no unusual damage to the home or contents.

Year Purchased: 2005
Sarah and I both love to dive and we especially love to dive in the Caribbean! We found that St. Croix was one of our favorite islands, and after several visits we decided to buy a second home there.
Sarah is a veterinarian and I publish a weekly community paper in Danville, Virginia. Our primary home is in Asheville, N.C. We very much want you to enjoy our home and have a wonderful vacation.
Why the Owner Chose East End
We visited several islands and found St. Croix to be the most suited to our lifestyle. It has it all! Beaches, Mountains, nice people and lots to do.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We find that it is not necessary to drive anywhere if we choose. Having access to Divi Resort provides food, entertainment and excitement. The casino is less than 1/4 mile from the house if you like gambling.

We would definitely stay here again. This house has stunning hilltop views and is located in a perfect location for this island. The snorkeling is wonderful across the street from this hill top house. The pool was a nice retreat after long days of sight seeing and snorkeling. We loved grilling local seafood by the pool as well. It is a very relaxed environment and had everything we needed to make it a very special vacation. This house gets an A+ as a vacation paradise.

We spent 6 weeks in this house. It is a very comfortable home, fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The most important - it has one of the best locations on the island. Sitting practicaly on a beach in a very quiet area, it offers you many possibilities for entertainment(tennis, mini-golf,casino, bar)within walking distance. Very good place to go with kids. The owners are very nice people, very easy to get along with, which is very important too.

It is a great little hill-side villa providing a very comfortable living with Carribean flare. The cozy pool, the cool breezy upper floor, quiet neighborhood, clean spacious quarters all add upto a memorable experience. Be sure to watch the sunrise and sunset from the upper level porch.

Can I go back again ?!! Caribbean at its best. Sitting on the deck overlooking the "Cruzan Riviera" - There is nothing better. Really enjoyed Hummingbird Hill. Recommend it highly.
