We are situated in Central Queensland at the beginning of the Great Barrier Reef in 'The Town of 1770' - Agnes Water. It is one-and-one-half hours drive north of Bundaberg or six-hour drive north of Brisbane. For a peaceful and idyllic holiday, the Agnes Coast is beautifully unspoilt. Endless deserted white, sandy surf beaches, rocky headlands, a bay with deep-water anchorage, rimmed by mountains and 26 coral cay islands just 32 kilometres off shore. It also has the perfect climate. Summer and winter temperatures range between 21 degrees C and 30 degrees C with more than 300 days of sunshine a year. The beach houses are situated directly over Agnes Water beach and lie hidden behind the sand dunes. The houses are set within four acres of lush vegetation and landscaped gardens, a special place of privacy to commune with nature. The beach houses accommodate up to eight people in a luxurious setting. They are perfect for corporate meetings, family holidays, or couples wanting the ultimate getaway. 'Shutters On The Beach' are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The water is safe to swim in year round. We have a private walkway to the beach via our beautiful 18-metre lap pool which sits just beneath the dunes. There is a sensational viewing platform with sunlounges overlooking the beach ... We offer exclusive beach-style living for those who prefer a little luxury.

From $2900 - $3900 per week (minimum seven-night stay)
Couples $260 per night/couple (three-night minimum stay, non-peak only).
$155 per additional room with couple's rate.
50% Deposit; Non-Refundable unless the property is rebooked for the same period.
Minimum Seven-Night Stay on All Australian School Holidays.
