A casa não encontra-se em condições para locação. No andar superior somente há somente 3 dormitorios sendo uma única suite. Os outros 2 ficam no andar de baixo ( sujo e feio ) O único comodo em boas condiçÕes é sala de estar. A cozinha é antiga, portas mofadas, nem microondas havia. Há outros moradores no imóvel. Lavanderia suja e bagunçada ( as outras pessoas que lá residem tb utilizam a mesma ) Apesar da contratação de diarista, a mesma somente compareceu um dia, por menos de 1 hora. Os chuveiros não podem ser utlizados ao mesmo tempo e quando utilizado há uma quantidade minima de agua fluindo.Owner response: A Casa encontra-se sim para locação. Todos os comodos estão em boas condiçoes! A cozinha é antiga sim(os ajulejos) os eletrodomésticos são todos novos!!!! Porta mofada? não sabia que porta mofava, essa é nova. Lavanderia possui 2 máquinas de lavar e uma de secar nOs chuveiros estão em perfeito estado. PS: O QUE ACONTECEU COM ESSA CLIENTE FOI QUE O COMBINADO SERIA 8 HOSPÉDES E NO DIA ELA APARECEU COM 13(TODOS DE HONG KONG) TRATARAM A EMPREGADA DA CASA IGUAL A LIXO E ELA SE RECUSOU A VOLTAR. O ENGRAÇADO É QUE A CASA ESTA ANUNCIADA DESDE 2009 E NUNCA HOUVE RECLAMAÇÃO, ENFIM SE A CASA REALMENTE ESTIVESSE NESSAS CONDIÇOES TERIAM MAIS RECLAMAÇÕES, NÃO???
