The Suites feature HearthStone gas stoves for enjoying cozy evenings by the fire, and access to the SPA CABIN by creekside walkways.
The MERRITT STORYBOOK SUITE is located on the lower floor of the Guest House, and features "Charming Country" decor. Pinewood floors, beadboard accents, country-themed wallpapers and borders, and custom paint treatments give this Suite the cozy feeling of a quaint upscale cottage. Special soundproofing in the ceiling ensures a private and quiet stay. Three picture windows in the living room and dining room overlook 2 ponds, 3 waterfalls, numerous water features, and bridges. The overstuffed sectional sofa in the living room is great for afternoon naps or for watching Satellite TV. There is a full kitchen, separate dining room with farm table, and a laundry room. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious featuring a King size Sealy Posturpedic bed with down comforter and bright country quilt for that special cottage ambiance. A separate seating area in the bedroom is located in front of a picture window. In the corner is a desk with high speed Internet connection. The spacious bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and features an extra-wide countertop, pinewood floors, cheerful floral decor, and a full-size clothes closet. A sliding glass door leads to a private, covered patio with table and chair set and gas BBQ grill.
The GIRDNER TRAILS END SUITE is located on the upper floor of the Guest House and features "Rustic Old West" decor. This Suite has its own separate entrance from the upper deck. Knotty pine tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings throughout, accented by Old West-themed wallpapers and borders. The black cast iron Hearthstone gas stove with its stovepipe reaching to the vaulted ceiling conveys the Spirit of the West. Relax in the living room in your choice of leather sofa and chair, rocking chair, or upholstered recliner. Satellite TV, entertainment center, and desk with high speed Internet connection offer convenience amidst the cowboy ambiance. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oak table and chair set, and is decorated with artifacts from this historic ranch. The bedroom features a Queen size bed with plush bedding, full-size clothes closet, and a picture window that overlooks the creekside walkways. The bathroom is decoreated with rustic horseshoe towel bars and accents, and a window with a tree-top view. French doors open to the private sun deck that overlooks 2 ponds, 3 waterfalls, numerous water features, and bridges. The deck offers patio table and chair seating and a gas BBQ grill.
A private soak in the SPA CABIN is available on an alternating basis between guests staying in the two Suites. There is hot tub seating for 6. The Spa Cabin is reached by a short walk along the creek banks. It is semi-enclosed and built from aged barnwood and decorated with antique farm implements. The Spa Cabin offers privacy from the other buildings on the property but is open to great views of the pond and pastures. Luxurious spa robes and towels are provided. In-Room Massage by pre-arranged appointment.
