The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the beach chairs. They give you a reserved space on the beach, and you can get the umbrella adjusted just right to keep from getting sunburned. We love to get a Grouper sandwich at Oceans. The Starbucks coffee gets the day started off right. Pier Park is great for shopping and restaurants.

We have just taken over management of our condo. We bought it in August, 2004, right before the hurricane! Fortunately there was no damage! We have completly updated almost everything, including new appliances, new washer-dryer, new queen-sized sleeper sofa, new entertainment center, new TV and DVD player's (have added TV and DVD player to 2nd bedroom), new paint, new windows, and more. We have the best of both worlds: we love walking on the beach in the morning, then playing a quick round of golf right outside the door, then off to the beach for the afternoon, and then grill-out at night. We added a new gas grill to the patio! If you're too tired to cook, there's a great restaurant right on the beach or Montego Bay Oyster Bar across the street. There's also a Mexican restaurant, Karaoki Bar, Skating Rink, Cosmic Bowling, Internet Cafe and more. You really don't have to drive at all! Anyway, there are too many things to tell you about. So you'll just have to see and experience it for yourself. Have a great vacation! Bob & Beth
