This house was built by a custom home builder on the island and is decorated beautifully. You really have to see it to believe it!!!
The five bedrooms consist of one king, two queens, two twins and one bunk (twin and full mattresses-perfect for the kids!) The kitchen has brand-new state-of-the-art appliances and is bright and airy.
The living area has a pull-out sofa and loveseat, built-in shelves, etc...everything to make it your home away from home. The dining area has a table with seating for 10.
The spacious two-car garage is the perfect spot to keep your beach gear and the outdoor shower enables you to wash off the salt water as you come off the beach. The house has a laundry area as well, with a brand-new washer and dryer, just in case you may need them!
"Sugar Magnolia" has wonderful unobstructed ocean views. The ocean is located across the street, with a sidewalk taking you to a direct beach access point. A playground/picnic area is located directly in front of the unit as well (again...perfect for the kids!) Bring Fido as well. (limit 2 dogs) Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach year-round!
It is really a beautiful house and the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Start a "southern" tradition and visit "Sugar Magnolia" for years to come!!!

My family has been staying at Sugar Magnolia for about 7 years! The house is fabulous! The location is perfect.....might as well be oceanfront! It's easily the most beautiful house on the block! We love taking our friends and family and just relaxing for a week at a time. Sitting on the decks, playing at the beach, and enjoying dinners out on the island are pretty much a given. The house is very well-appointed with beds to accommodate all ages and couples. The views from the decks are absolutely amazing! We go back year after year because we LOVE IT! Topsail Island is truly our home away from home! Go and see for yourself!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
