Overlooking the beautiful Halifax Harbour this condo is so close to the Dartmouth terminal you can watch the Halifax Ferry arrive and still have time to hop on for the twelve minute return trip to historic Halifax.
We are offering our condominium for a minimum rental period of twp weeks. The rental fee includes one heated indoor parking space and all utilities.
This luxurious and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condominium apartment contains all the furnishings and appointments, including Sony TV, VCR/DVD, telephone, high speed internet WiFi, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry facilities.
The foyer is tastefully appointed with gardens overlooking Halifax Harbour. A fully equipped exercise room, his and hers sauna, sun deck, hot tub and a beautiful indoor pool will complete your enjoyment of this lovely accommodation.

After receiving very detailed driving instructions, we arrived at the condo and were greeted by the owner where he gave us the grand tour and the keys. Everything was very clean and well kept. All your comforts of home and more. The condo was right near the water and was about a 7 minute walk to the ferry that went directly across to the Halifax harbour. There were also a couple of good restaurants and a cute little pub within walking distance. We were travelling with our 84 year old parents and they felt right at home and liked the fact that everything was so handy. The only problem we had was construction going on in the under ground parking but that should probably be completed by now.They had made arrangements for us to park just down the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to spend a week or more in the Dartmouth/Halifax area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Our guests were informed of the construction and declined our offer to cancel their reservation. We discounted the rental amount 40% because of the inconvenience caused by the construction. We were glad everything worked out OK and would have no hesitation in welcoming the family back. We thank them for looking after our apartment as if it was their own. There were truly five star tenants.

We recently stayed at this condo, while working in Halifax area. The condo is in an excellent location for both the walking and driving tourist. The unit is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the East coast seafood. I would definitly recommend the condo and well hopefully be back to enjoy it again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
