  Wow, wow, wow. Oceanside is truly a hidden treasure. The only things i ever knew about Oceanside was Marines and a train stop. But after spending a weekend at Sandys place we discovered Oceanside has the casual feel of San Diego with the beach side community feel of Newport. Really! I am not kidding. Harbor village is a short walk away, the pier, downtown, the fire pits and the kids playground is a bit longer walk but worth it! The condo was clean and made us feel right at home. Chairs, toys, beach umbrella are provided! And the grounds, the pool, the hot tub and the Koi pond is fabulous. Cant wait to book another stay!

  My husband stayed a week here in May. It was just perfect for us. We loved the condo, the property and Oceanside. Three mornings our walk along the beach to the pier we had the beach all to ourselves. The condo is located perfectly between the marina and pier. The grounds and pool on the property were beautiful. We ate 1/2 our meals in the condo and 1/2 at local spots. Don't miss Thursdays markets at the Pier. A great find and so much fun...a suggestion by a local we met at Mary's Breakfast Place. We'd like to go back annually for our ocean fix. Just wonderful.,really.

  We returned for another month this year. The condo was immaculate, as before, and had brand new blue carpet everywhere. The owners take constant care of this unit, as they live in it when it is not rented. Because it is so well maintained and complete and because it is so close to the ocean, and because there is no one above (it is one of the cottage units), we can't imagine a better spot in North Coast Village. And we love NCV, too. This year we made great use of the steamy outdoor spa and the fitness center. Each morning a walk down the beach to the pier. As you might imagine, we'll be back - unless you rent it first!

  We really enjoyed our stay, found it very comfortable and it was nice that you had a full kitchen. We cooked most of our meals there, lots of fresh seafood. You had lots of dishes and cooking utensils so made it easy to prepare meals. The location to the beach was excelent and it was nice to sit in the sun on the balcony, also that it was facing south. We had a good nights sleep every night, and was nice to hear the ocean waves at high tide. Location to both the Pier and Marina was very good, easy to walk to either place. We do not know yet where we are travelling to next year, but if we want to go to Oceanside again, we will deffinetly contact you and stay at your place. Again thanks, and we will be back.   We had a great month here. We thought being in one of the cottage units was more private and easier in/out than being in the big buildings. This unit was immaculate and the owner was terrific. We will return.

  Just returned from a wonderful week in California! This unit was better than expected. Yes, you can sit on the deck and watch the ocean and the surfers! The unit is large, clean and very, very comfy. The condo development is VERY safe and secure. My son lives in San Diego, only 35 minutes away from this unit. I wanted to sight see in LA, which was only an hour and forty minutes away from this unit.....very, very convenient location! And even the employees in the development were warm and kind. I would love this unit to be my permanent home! It is fabulous.

  Thanks Jim & Sandy for the use of your condo,only place to go and really relax,also plenty to do for the whole family. Nice to hear the sound of the ocean instead of traffic noise. We'll be back!!

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We felt quite "at home". The area is very quiet, and just a short walk to the pier and to restaurants. The evening view of the ocean from the balcony is quite beautiful. We are looking forward to our next visit.
