This beautiful lakefront house is a very comfortable, cosy and practical house. A vacation house with all kinds of amenities (wireless internet). The lake is on your feet.
There are stairs down to the beach, to a 30 feet long dock and a sundeck. Swimming starts right there! We do have a peddle boat and 2 kayaks.You can bring your own boat and launch it on the public ramp. Lake Contoocook gives anything a family wants on vacation: swimming, boating, fishing and of course Mount Monadnock (which you can climb).Nearby many golfcourses. Very friendly people and in the neighborhood lots of things to do and see.
Peterborough is an artistic village with music festivals, theater and many galleries with all kinds of arts. There are nice restaurants, but cooking at home is a good alternative, because there is a good equipped kitchen and a gas grill. There are two queen beds, one King and two twin beds.
Minimum age for renting the house is 25 years.
Smoking is not allowed.

My family and I stayed at Breezy Point last summer for a week, it is a beautiful house with all the amenities we needed. The children had fun in the lake, and relaxing in the house. Even when the weather was hot, the house had a cool breeze, hence the name Breezy Point. I would like to make this a yearly vacation for my family. There are enough places nearby to visit, and the town if pretty.
