Lovely spacious home facing the sunrise, with a distant view of St. Petersburg across Tampa Bay. Lightly traveled street of up-scale homes and wonderful neighbors.
Heated pool and patio furniture (she's a good friend from County Cork--Patti O'Furniture) in back yard, with access to dock.
There are no bridges to impede access to Tampa Bay.
First floor (ground floor) has no living space due to regulations designed to protect against flood or Tsunami. One enclosed garage with automatic garage door opener.
There are wrap around screened-in porches on the second floor.
Anna Maria is 'old Florida,'and the Chamber of Commerce slogan pretty well sums it up:

We stayed at Chez Ami early summer of 2010 and loved it!! 2 adults with 4 kids and the home provided plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home is also at the northern end of the island on a quiet street and close to the Bay which makes for a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. There are also shops and restaurants within walking distance. We've been going to AM for 5 years now and this home was the best one (for every reason you could want) that we've stayed in. The owners are great and we are looking forward to coming back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.
