Our resort rental is in a gated community, has two bedrooms and two and a half bath. It has direct access to a pool in the backyard, nice play area for kids & wifi access on the back porch and pool area. Bedrooms are equipped with queen size Serta Banner Select Mattresses in the two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom faces the pool with a walk out balcony and was recently updated.
A pull out sleeper sofa downstairs can accommodate two additional persons. Our unit is fully equipped with all the appliances you have at home and a full-size washer and dryer located downstairs. The kitchen comes complete with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishware, silverware and pots and pans. There is sufficient bedding and towels for use inside the unit. Please bring your own towels and blankets for pool and beach use.

A clean, beautiful, fully equipped condo. Many extras included for renters use (i.e. golf clubs for putt-putt, grills), it is situated in a beautiful, quite location with easy access to beach (5 minutes). We were able to relax and enjoy the beauty around us -- we are coming back in the summer with our children and grandchildren we enjoyed it so much! Close by are bowling allies, zoo, Ripley's Believe it or Not, shopping, restaurants, the normal chain stores (i.e. Wal-Mart), etc. We have never been "beach" type people before, but this experience has made us change our minds!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands:
We like the proximity to the beach, pier park and all the other activities in and around Panama City Beach. Our grandkids love the 8 swimming pools and putt putt golf. We also like being able to drive up to the condo with groceries and luggage. Gulf Highlands is accessed through the back roads which keep you out of the traffic. That is a really nice feature to our unit. We also like the access to the pool in the back yard and green area.
