Greetings, Thank you for your interest in our resort rentals in this gated community. We have two units available for rent; both are two bedroom and two and a half bath and adjacent to each other. Both units have direct access to a pool in the backyard in addition a public restroom is provide for the pool area. Bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds on the second floor. Each bed is furnished with Serta Banner Select Mattress.
The master bedroom faces the pool with a walk out balcony. A pull out sleeper sofa downstairs can accommodate one additional person. Each unit is fully equipped with all the appliances you have at home to include a full-size washer and dryer located inside the unit. The kitchens come complete with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishware, silverware and pots and pans. There is sufficient bedding and towels for use inside the unit. Please bring your own sheets and towels for pool and beach use. Telephones are maintained in each unit with unlimited local calling complimentary.

- Inside this gated resort community there is a nine hole putt putt golf course, 11 pools and 4 lighted tennis courts & numerous shuffle board courts, In addition there is a clubhouse with a pool & snack bar located on the Gulf, St Andrews State Recreation Area is located a few miles away, Experience some of the best snorkeling in the area outside the jetties, The park has everything you need snorkeling including a snack bar that sells underwater cameras, Shipwreck Island Water Park is just a few miles west of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, There are numerous activities for the entire family to enjoy within just a few miles of the units in all directions to include 2 18 hole golf courses, several putt putt courses, bungee jump rides and amusement arcades
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Generally we rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
Summer rates are $850/week, plus a $65 cleaning fee. Daily rentals
are available at $130/night, but 5 night minimum is required in season. To secure
your dates send $300 to owner's mailing address. This deposit will also be
used as a damage deposit and returned to you on departure day. Rates for the off
season are negotiable. Winter rates are $850.00 Monthly at a four month minimum.
Small pets are acceptable for an additional fee of $50.
