Not your typical cottage...this One of a Kind Year Round Retreat was built in the early 1920's by Nelson Warner as a summer hide-away & labor of love. It's very unique design features include the arts & crafts, romantic revival, & transitional period styles which make for a very charming custom designed bungalow of yester-year, & the natural surroundings to enjoy it.
Just a minute to long strolls on private 'Manomet Bluffs' Beach it's a great place to get-a-way anytime of the year. This "pet friendly" property is nestled on just under 1 acre, completely fenced in, with mature plantings of hydrangea, rhododendron, mountain laurel, wisteria, roses, norway spruce, dogwood & more; all gathered in and amongst a natural woodland border & certified as a Backyard Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Preservation Foundation.
Which ever time of year you wish to visit, pack light. The house is well equipped. We do our best to help make your vacation retreat a spot that you & your family will want to come back to enjoy year after year. There are a few ways we can accommodate your stay remaining flexible & affordable for everyone. The Main House rents by itself & sleeps 8-10 people. The Sycamore Cottage, also on the property (vrbo# 27071) rents & sleeps 1-4 people. It is also possible to rent both Cottages for groups of 10-14. Please inquire for more info.

Our way of having fun, being creative & paying respects to the tiny living creatures that walk Nature's Path.
