Breathtaking ocean views are only part of the charm of this incredible oceanfront, 3500 square foot home! A private swimming pool with a volleyball court are just outside, and the spacious deck wraps-around three sides of the house! Other features include a gas grill and pool table.
First Floor: Guests of this home can enjoy the large living room and dining room area, featuring exposed beam cathedral ceilings and large sliding glass doors, which allow for spectacular oceanviews while socializing, eating or playing pool. Two dining tables provide ample seating for 14. The kitchen is open to the living area and features oceanviews. Off the living room is a bedroom (queen) with garden tub/shower. There is also a half bath off the living room. Down the hall, there is a second bedroom (king) with private bath, walk-in closet and sitting area, bedroom (queen) and bedroom (queen) share a bathroom.
Second Floor: At the head of the stairs is a bedroom with two queen beds. There is a full hall bath. The master bedroom (king) is down the hall and features a sitting area (with a sleeper sofa), a TV/VCR/DVD and has extraordinary oceanviews. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate extra-large stall shower. There are excellent oceanviews from the bath, as well!

We loved this house! We were there for 2 weeks and found it perfect for our needs. It was well suited for our families with small children--safe, comfortable and plenty of play space. The location is also perfect. Walking or biking distance to IOP shopping and the restaurants on Sullivan's. The beach has a sandbar in front making it perfect for the little ones. We loved our time there and plan to go back. Thanks!

The house was ideal for our 5 couples. The property was very clean and well maintained. We slipped into Charleston on several occasions for shopping and meals...However right on Sullivan's Island there are numerous restuarant's to sample... I would highly reccomend this house to large families or large gatherings of friends..
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

If you are looking for a great getaway vacation this is the place!!!Beautiful home, beach, ocean, sand bar. Great area for sight seeing. Nice quiet area, great ocean views. If you like finding sea shells, this is the place. We had 8 in our group and each couple had their own bedroom and bath, real privacy. Living area wide open for socializing. Great kitchen plenty of room. As you can tell we had a great time and will be coming back! This was one of the best and we have been to cancun,playa del carmen ,florida, and hawaii.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

The Title should say it all, but in the event in doesn't, we had a wonderful vacation to Sullivan's Island and this home. Our group of 8 + 3 children were extremely comfortable in this home. The location was perfect...the website pictures don't even do justice to just what a beautiful place this is. The pool was especially nice to have around. Sarah was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It can't be said enough how helpful she is. We're looking forward to booking a return trip!

We (10 total) all think this was the most wonderful place to vacation. The beach, the pool, the sandbar, even the people on the beach we met were all so great. In fact, I can't think of a nicer thing to do with your blessings than share it with others. Thank you. I hope we get to return to this awesome place next September. The beds were great. The towels, dishes, utensils were ample, handy and clean. We came, relaxed and enjoyed because you had provided us a week of paradise.

Great house! Great pool! Loved the beach and the beautiful weather! Thanks for letting us stay here to celebrate Stan and Mary Lou's 40th anniversary with the whole family. We loved Sullivan's Island and hope to come back soon - any openings next summer?!

The house and location was PERFECT! We celebrated our daughter's college graduation here with all of our family and grandparents. The beach and scenery was beautiful. We hope to be able to do this again sometime soon. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful family Christmas vacation in this beautiful spot. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the beautiful ocean views. Charleston is a very fun place for a family vacation. The grandchildren enjoyed the sand on the beach and the dolphins in the ocean.
