This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved being so close to the beach and the lagoon created at low tide was a safe, calm area for them to learn paddleboarding and kayaking. We cooked great meals, watched dolphins, and woke up to beautiful sunrises. It was a perfect family vacation and we look forward to returning next year. Thank you!

The house was ideal for our 5 couples. The property was very clean and well maintained. We slipped into Charleston on several occasions for shopping and meals...However right on Sullivan's Island there are numerous restuarant's to sample... I would highly reccomend this house to large families or large gatherings of friends..

If you are looking for a great getaway vacation this is the place!!!Beautiful home, beach, ocean, sand bar. Great area for sight seeing. Nice quiet area, great ocean views. If you like finding sea shells, this is the place. We had 8 in our group and each couple had their own bedroom and bath, real privacy. Living area wide open for socializing. Great kitchen plenty of room. As you can tell we had a great time and will be coming back! This was one of the best and we have been to cancun,playa del carmen ,florida, and hawaii.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We loved this house! We were there for 2 weeks and found it perfect for our needs. It was well suited for our families with small children--safe, comfortable and plenty of play space. The location is also perfect. Walking or biking distance to IOP shopping and the restaurants on Sullivan's. The beach has a sandbar in front making it perfect for the little ones. We loved our time there and plan to go back. Thanks!

The Title should say it all, but in the event in doesn't, we had a wonderful vacation to Sullivan's Island and this home. Our group of 8 + 3 children were extremely comfortable in this home. The location was perfect...the website pictures don't even do justice to just what a beautiful place this is. The pool was especially nice to have around. Sarah was extremely helpful throughout our stay. It can't be said enough how helpful she is. We're looking forward to booking a return trip!

This house is incredible and we had an excellent get-away weekend! We live downtown in Charleston and wanted get a few friends together for a fun beach weekend. This house delivered! Huge ocean-front entertainment room with plenty of space for everyone to socialize. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the large wrap around deck so much! You are literally staying ON the beach. Enjoyed the pool and getting everyone together for volleyball and cornhole, this place has everything. No frills, not overdone, feels like a spacious beach house not a cookie cutter mansion, in our opinion this is the best set-up on the beach! Will be back, thanks again for a great vacation experience!!!

We (10 total) all think this was the most wonderful place to vacation. The beach, the pool, the sandbar, even the people on the beach we met were all so great. In fact, I can't think of a nicer thing to do with your blessings than share it with others. Thank you. I hope we get to return to this awesome place next September. The beds were great. The towels, dishes, utensils were ample, handy and clean. We came, relaxed and enjoyed because you had provided us a week of paradise.

Great house! Great pool! Loved the beach and the beautiful weather! Thanks for letting us stay here to celebrate Stan and Mary Lou's 40th anniversary with the whole family. We loved Sullivan's Island and hope to come back soon - any openings next summer?!

What a great layout for families! Lots of room - well furnished - great location right on beach with private pool. Hope we can return again with our family. The grandchildren had a great time. The house was as advertised - clean, neat and well appointed.

We have been vacationing on the beaches of South Carolina for over 15 years and this is the most ideal house for a family with children that we have stayed in. We have stayed here twice and we started planning our return before we left.

The house and location was PERFECT! We celebrated our daughter's college graduation here with all of our family and grandparents. The beach and scenery was beautiful. We hope to be able to do this again sometime soon. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Our Cooper River Bridge Run "gang" has stayed here for several years. We have a great time and love staying here.

We had a wonderful family Christmas vacation in this beautiful spot. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the beautiful ocean views. Charleston is a very fun place for a family vacation. The grandchildren enjoyed the sand on the beach and the dolphins in the ocean.

This is by far one of the best vacations me & my family have ever taken. We love the house! Make sure to rent a kayak & surf board w/paddle and take it to the sandbar (really fun!)

We all had a great time.We had people from middle 60's to 16 months. The house was the most well stocked home we have ever rented. Linens to the baby spoons.It was so nice to be close to the water and also have a nice pool. The only problem we had was with the ice maker.The deck needed to have some boards nailed down. Both of those are simple maintenance fixes.
