We have taken the expansive area of the two car garage and converted it into a super ‘Air-Conditioned Games Room’.
The Star of this room is the Impressive eight foot Professional Brunswick American Pool Table (the best I have ever played on). Air Hockey is provided and if all else fails have some fun on the Play Station 2. If you like a little music you can always switch on the 300 CD Juke box.
FAMILY ROOM
Here you have all the comforts of home with a pleasant seating area, a T.V, DVD player and Music Centre. Relax on the two sofas whilst still being able to watch the rest of the family splashing about in the pool.
DINING AND KITCHEN AREA
The dining suite seats eight people and is in a convenient place for access to the kitchen and the pool area. This area is tiled throughout.
The maple wood kitchen has been upgraded and includes a fridge freezer (with ice maker and drinks dispenser), dish washer, a spacious larder, hob, full sized oven and built in microwave. A breakfast bar divides the two areas giving you more seating space. The door leading to the pool is situated near the dining table.
UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM
Yes even more living area in the loft. This living area has a large corner suit together with occasional tables plus TV. This area is ideal for when there is more than one family sharing or if you can not agree on which cable TV channel to watch.
MASTER BEDROOM
The Master Bedroom is again spacious. With its large King sized bed, with a huge walk-in closet, chest of drawers with large mirror and bedside cabinets. You will have ample space for all your belongings.
This bedroom has its own TV, large windows overlooking the pool deck and has a wonderful Master Bathroom. The bathroom consists of a Garden Tub, separate walk-in shower, toilet and twin wash bowls. Privacy is a great feature, with the Master Bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms.
POOL AREA
Enjoy the freedom of your own private pool and Jacuzzi. The south east facing pool area is fully equipped with a gas barbecue, pool toys, top of the range pool furniture including sun lounges, patio table and chairs. There is also a child fence to keep the little ones safe. An outside bathroom ensures you do not miss any of the fun or the sun. The pool has multi colored optical lighting.
You can sit around the patio table and enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal, cooked on the easy to use gas barbecue.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Orlando and wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your hospitality. With a group of 12 we worried that we would be on top of each other but that was hardly the case! Your villa is not only gorgeous but spacious as well. We had a great time, loved the place, plenty of room for everyone. Excellent home with all the conveniences, very quiet and private neighborhood. First trip to the Magic Kingdom for the Grandkids where we had a truly magical time, but came back to this wonderful house exhausted. Soaking the sore feet in the hot tub was a lifesaver, and of course the kids loved the pool. The adult kids, me included, would then be rejuvenated and enjoy the house, game room and pool all evening. It's so convenient to attractions but a nice quiet refuge after the busy days. Planning to rent again soon.

Hi Steve - just wanted to let you know how fabulous our recent family vacation to Orlando was and how your home absolutely made our stay "PERFECT." The house was more beautiful (if possible) than the pictures show and the pool was over-the-top for our boys(aged 8 & 9).Upon arrival, the boys (along with us) thought we were in a dream; and your home made the dream come true. Coming from a farm in a small northern Alberta community, we felt right at home as the neighbourhood was so quiet and the pool overlooking the conservatory was so private. We could not wait to return in the evenings to relax and enjoy the heated pool, spa and quiteness. This was our first experience with a VRBO and we are thrilled with the outcome. Not knowing much about this process, I based my opinion solely on the reviews sent by past renters. I was not disappointed in my choice! For this reason alone I wanted to send my own review as fast as I could. Steve, you were extremely quick to get back to me with availability as this was a last minute planned vacation. Hi Steve, I wanted to thank you for providing a great rental property, as I appreciate something kept in excellent condition and clean! We have rented several VRBO's and it is always a guessing game as to what you have "really rented" until you actually arrive. This property was indeed what you advertised and the layout worked perfectly for our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. There was penty of room for everyone and the 1/2 bath in the pool area was a wonderful bonus, especially with young children. The game room was a big hit with the older kids, if they didn't want to swim this provided additional entertainment for all. Your communication was excellent and answered in an expedient manner with any questions I had. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area, especially if Disney World is on your itinerary as it is only a 10 minute drive. We won't hesitate to recommend this great property and hope to return in a couple of years. Kind Regards!

Hi Steve, What a great week at your fabulous home! We all truly enjoyed all the amenties, especially the wonderful pool. Our week at Disney was so hot and the pool was great to come "home" to each day! The dining situation was perfect for our family as were the sleeping arrangements. We needed the three master bedrooms for the adults and this absolutely fit the bill. All the granddaughters were delighted to share the bunk bed room with their cousins! And what can I say about the game room! It was terrific!! Thanks again!
