Forest View Villa was the perfect location for our family reunion. With some of our family living in the UK and the rest in the U.S., a family reunion in a Florida villa was the perfect idea. We were thrilled with our choice! Spacious and bright, the decor is beautiful. Most nights there were 13 of us sleeping there but on one or two occasions there was 18 of us and we were not cramped at all. With 4 big bathrooms no one was queuing up. We had several children in our group both younger and teenagers. The game room was perfect for entertaining them. There is a games console, juke box with lots of different music to choose from as well as a pool table. The highlights for me were the pool and hot tub area. It provided hours of fun and there is a BBQ grill in the backyard so many evenings were spent grilling and swimming. There is a huge dining room table and open plan kitchen with lots of equipment to use. One evening we had a birthday party for a couple of the children and there was all the equipment we needed to bake cakes for the family. The villa is immaculate and the exterior is well looked after. There is a grocery store and pharmacy a few minutes away with everything you could want. The villa is handy for all the Disney parks and outlet mall. There are hundreds of restaurants a short drive away, yet the villa is located in a quiet suburban area and you feel like you could be in a hideaway retreat. There are no houses to the back of the property so you are not overlooked. There are lots of attractions in the local area. A visit to Boggy Creek Tours is a must! It is an airboat tour of the lake to go alligator spotting. My husband and I rented motorcycles one afternoon and rode to the coast at Daytona Beach. Something for everyone! Access to a car is necessary to get around. We would visit again and have recommended it to everyone we know interested in a Florida vacation. Better than a home away from home!

This home we rented looked exactly as in the photos. Spacious, beautifully decorated,clean and fully applianced.the game room and pool were an asset when taking a break form the parks. The neiborhood was quiet, residential and approx 20 min from the Disney exit. Overall We loved the house except the beds*(mattresses ) were of low quality and 4 of us did not sleep well. Mattress toppers would definitely improve the quality w/o investing too much. Although just 5 of us stayed at the property, it would be ideal for 2 families.

I have never received feedback that the mattresses are not comfortable before but please accept my apologies. My property management company are checking all the mattresses and any that are not up to standard are being replaced. They will also add mattresses toppers as you suggested. Perfect choice for our family

First trip to the Magic Kingdom for the Grandkids where we had a truly magical time, but came back to this wonderful house exhausted. Soaking the sore feet in the hot tub was a lifesaver, and of course the kids loved the pool. The adult kids, me included, would then be rejuvenated and enjoy the house, game room and pool all evening. It's so convenient to attractions but a nice quiet refuge after the busy days. Planning to rent again soon.

Absolutely remarkable home! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The service from the owners was impeccable. On those rainy days, we had plenty of things to do in the house to entertain ourselves. Was great coming to the house being able to relax after being in the parks all day. My ten-year old never had a dull moment. Thank you so much for being so responsive to our needs and wants. We had a great time on vacation because of your kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process. We look forward to coming back again. Actually, we didn't want to leave. Dream Vacation because of a Dream Home

Hi Steve - just wanted to let you know how fabulous our recent family vacation to Orlando was and how your home absolutely made our stay "PERFECT." The house was more beautiful (if possible) than the pictures show and the pool was over-the-top for our boys(aged 8 & 9).Upon arrival, the boys (along with us) thought we were in a dream; and your home made the dream come true. Coming from a farm in a small northern Alberta community, we felt right at home as the neighbourhood was so quiet and the pool overlooking the conservatory was so private. We could not wait to return in the evenings to relax and enjoy the heated pool, spa and quiteness. This was our first experience with a VRBO and we are thrilled with the outcome. Not knowing much about this process, I based my opinion solely on the reviews sent by past renters. I was not disappointed in my choice! For this reason alone I wanted to send my own review as fast as I could. Steve, you were extremely quick to get back to me with availability as this was a last minute planned vacation. Hi Steve, I wanted to thank you for providing a great rental property, as I appreciate something kept in excellent condition and clean! We have rented several VRBO's and it is always a guessing game as to what you have "really rented" until you actually arrive. This property was indeed what you advertised and the layout worked perfectly for our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. There was penty of room for everyone and the 1/2 bath in the pool area was a wonderful bonus, especially with young children. The game room was a big hit with the older kids, if they didn't want to swim this provided additional entertainment for all. Your communication was excellent and answered in an expedient manner with any questions I had. We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area, especially if Disney World is on your itinerary as it is only a 10 minute drive. We won't hesitate to recommend this great property and hope to return in a couple of years. Kind Regards!

Hi Steve, What a great week at your fabulous home! We all truly enjoyed all the amenties, especially the wonderful pool. Our week at Disney was so hot and the pool was great to come "home" to each day! The dining situation was perfect for our family as were the sleeping arrangements. We needed the three master bedrooms for the adults and this absolutely fit the bill. All the granddaughters were delighted to share the bunk bed room with their cousins! Great house, great communication with owner. The house is HUGE! We had our extended family (8 adults, 4 kids) there for a Disneyworld trip. Couldn't have been more perfect. Wow, what an improvement over hotels... Being in a big house really made the family-time fun. We have returned relaxed and refreshed from our Florida holiday. Your home was absolutely lovely and the children enjoyed the pool and spa immensely. In fact, on many days they wanted to leave the amusement parks to return to the pool for a swim! Your home easily accomadated our party of 6 adults and 5 children, and the layout provided area's to get away for some quite time when needed. Great location, close to all parks.

Great home, especially for a mixed age group. The teenagers loved the games room and our 11 year old loved the pool. Very clean, nicely decorated, upscale home. Pplenty of room for everyone to relax together or separately. Good location - not far from attractions, but not in the middle of the traffic and noise.

We had an excellent holiday. Your villa is absolutely beautiful. My grandson keeps saying can we go back to the ladies house. He celebrated his 3rd birthday there, had lunch with pooh bear etc at Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom he loved every minute of the holiday especially your pool. As you know he had a bone marrow transplant when he was only 6 months old. We use to tell him that, when he was well enough we would all go to see the real Pooh Bear in Disneyland. The dream of this holiday kept us all going through the poorly times with him. Thank you once again for helping make our dream come true. from Tina and all the family

What an absolute dream vacation home!!! Not only was this house beautiful, but it was spotless as well. With 7 adults and 2 kids we all had more than enough room to spread out and do our own thing. It was so much better than being stuck in a small hotel room. Our first choice was to stay at one of the suites at a Disney World Resort. However, after finding out that one night was going to cost us almost the same as one whole week in a 5 bedroom house, with our own pool and game room, it was a no brainer. Besides that, with a fully equipped kitchen we were able to save money on not having to eat every meal out. Our vacation could not have been better. If we ever get another big group together we would without a doubt book this house again!!

Great Holiday and great place to stay. We went with another family and there were 8 of us in total, it was nice to still have plenty space to relax after a hard day at the parks. The place is immaculatly clean which is a change from some of the villas we have stayed at in the past.

We have returned relaxed and refreshed from our Florida holiday. Your home was absolutely lovely and the children enjoyed the pool and spa immensely. In fact, on many days they wanted to leave the amusement parks to return to the pool for a swim! Your home easily accomadated our party of 6 adults and 5 children, and the layout provided area's to get away for some quite time when needed. Great location, close to all parks.
