  We stayed in April and the condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable and it was wonderful to have the chairs & umbrellas to use for the beach, without having to rent them. The pool there is great, and there are outdoor grills. What we liked the most is the location. We always go to Blind Pass beach and these condos are about 8 minutes from there. You're on the quiter side of the island so as long as you did your shopping on your way in, you can stay nice and relaxed. We had a wonderful time and the owner was great to work with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We stayed at Betty's Blind Pass Condo for 2 weeks and would return anytime.Everything as described : confortable, clean, easy and interesting foot access to the beautifull protected Bowman Beach - never crowded- where you can walk for miles ! A real plus for us was the Byke Path reached in 2 minutes from the condo : we visited a great part of the island bicycling 2,3 hours every morning. A real nice place for all ages !

  We stayed at Blind Pass condo for Thanksgiving week. Very private, nice pool area and a short walk to the beach. One of the nice things about this location is that the beach has no commercial development in the way of hotels or highrise buildings. There is an abundance of wildlife to view and it's a short drive to the grocery and stores, if needed. The condo is clean and well maintained and offers covered parking. Also, the owner was very easy to work with and prompt in returning calls as well as mailing the necessary information. We would definitely stay here again if we are vacationing in the Fort Myers area.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We will be back! Every detail was perfect. Proximity to beach, cleanliness of the condo, weather, shells. Golf at the Dunes was fun. Betty was great to work with.

  We loved this place!! It was our first time on Sanibel and we could not have stayed in a better condo. Betty was very helpful with all the details and answered all my questions- she is great! We loved walking to Blind Pass beach everyday. Very peaceful, almost private beach, some days we only shared the beach with Seagulls. So many shells- I added several new ones to my collection....The condo had everything we needed, nice screened patio, big pool, bbq and every aminity needed for a week at the beach! The condo was very clean and comfortable, we felt like we were in our own beach home. Thanks Betty - We will be back!!

  I loved this place. It has private access to Bowman Beach. Shelling was great. The condo was as pictured, neat and comfortable. The owner, Betty, was very helpful throughout reservation and stay. I have stayed other places on the island and enjoyed them, but if you like a lot of beach time, close proximity to nature reserves and enjoy going to both Sanibel and Captiva (situated about midway), this is a prime spot.

  Our stay in this condo was one of our best-ever times in Florida. Blind Pass is tropical and peaceful and private. Jim & Betty's condo was well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and cute (and Betty was very helpful throughout the reservation process . Perfect weather, swimming, biking, tennis, canoeing, riding the waves, relaxing at the beach.....it was hard to leave! Thank you for everything!

  We were pleasantly content with this tucked away condominium complex situated off the beaten track from the rest of Sanibel, and close to Captiva. Because the grounds are located a short distance away from the beach, you have an opportunity to walk through beautiful natural wetlands teaming with water fowl and other wildlife every time you venture to the beach on the well-maintained pathway. I imagine this natural shoreline is reminiscent of long gone Old Florida and therefore makes this particular location fairly unique today. We also really appreciated the near-by Ding Darling nature preserve and its conservation values. An extra bonus: you can see the sunset from this part of Sanibel, just like on Captiva. Betty and Jim’s condo was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing week. You won’t need anything but your suitcase, and perhaps tennis racquets. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped, and the human-scale two-story buildings are smartly designed for privacy. If you must, the pool area has wi-fi. The location offers easy access to Captiva, which is closer than the main commercial areas of Sanibel. The near-by rec center and public school facilities were perfect for our two teenage athletes who were doing a little spring training during our stay. And a visit to Hammond Stadium to see our Minnesota Twins during their spring training provided for a fun day trip to Ft. Meyers. Thank you again. We hope to visit again soon.

  My wife and I were extremely pleased with Betty and Jim's condo. It was comfortable, spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The listing description and photos accurately reflected the rental's location, appearance, and amenities. We appreciated its easy access to the Gulf beach and proximity to Captiva. Betty was always very gracious, responded very quickly to my initial e-mail questions about the unit, provided ample information and was readily accessable prior to and during our stay without being intrusive, and promptly returned our security deposit along with a very pleasant note card. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hopefully will be able to return ourselves next winter.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The listing information & pictures were very accurate. The Condo was Very Clean & Well Maintained. The Owner was Gracious & Helpful in All Ways. I Will Recomend this Property to my Friends & Family. We Enjoyed the Beautiful Beach, Looking for Interesting Shells and Relaxing at the Pool. The Wildlife Refuges are Educational & Well Managed. We ate out almost every night. All The Resturants are Great, our Favorites were The Jacaranda & Timbers. A Wonderful & Peaceful Vacation Spot.
