Relax and unwind in this spacious two bedroom, two bath, well appointed condo decorated in a Tropical Sanibel style. The large, original wall mural will remind you of the beautiful Florida birds and unique water scenes that you will experience during your visit. Sleeping arrangements include the queen-size bed, queen sleep sofa, and two twin beds. With your comfort in mind, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
The condo location is unique with a private path to famous Bowman Beach and a foot bridge over Clam Bayou. As you stroll to the beach be sure to look for Osprey, heron, pelican, plus pinfish, crabs and live shells crawling in the Bayou. Be sure to plan a Canoe or kayak trip throughout the Bayou and watch the wonders of nature unfold. The natural white sandy beach is ideal for shelling, long walks, fishing, or just sunning and don't forget the "Key West" style sunsets. Take your chair, drinks & snacks and just sit back and enjoy. The beautiful pool (heated in winter), tennis courts, swaying palm trees, warm tropical breezes and lush tropical plantings will remind you that you are vacationing in PARADISE!

Why the Owner Chose Blind Pass
We especially liked the relaxed, natural beach, which is one of the very best on Sanibel and great for shelling. There are no other condos or hotels in this area, so the beach is never crowded. Ding Darling wildlife Refuge is close by so we see a wide variety of water birds on the beach and in nearby Clam Bayou.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We liked the spacious unit which has a split floor plan which is nice for a family. We really enjoy eating out on the screen porch and since the palm trees are right at the porch level we have seen doves and wood peckers up close. One year a dove nested on the porch railing and raised her young there. We like the quiet location yet it is a short walk to the beach.
National Park with Visitors Center, tram ride, bike, drive or walk through park. Planned activities. Trails overlooks to enjoy many birds and wildlife. Especially rewarding at sunrise and sunset when birds are feeding.
Well known shelling beach, trails, restrooms, picnic tables. Foot bridge across Clam Bayou.
The paved bike path runs from one end of the Island to the other and on a number of other roads. Bikes are easy to rent and are delivered to the condo.
Condo guests will be able to canoe or kayak throughout Clam Bayou to enjoy the natural tropical setting and wildlife. Ideal for nature & bird lovers.

Our family has been coming to Sanibel for vacation since the early '70's. Our children have enjoyed the shelling and warm Gulf waters for swimming. When we started searching for a 2nd home, the Bowman beach area was our 1st choice. Jim works in the DC area and Betty is a retired teacher, realtor and artist. We have owned our condo since 1989 and Betty has been handling the rentals for 20 years.

We had an absolutely phenomenal time and experience at this condo and on Sanibel. Betty, the owner, was extremely helpful and very personable and polite to work with. Our rate was fair and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic escape on a beautiful island, this condo is for you!

We spent a week at the condo and absolutely loved it! It was in a perfect location for us, very relaxing, well-supplied and overall simply wonderful. Word just can't capture how much we enjoyed our stay, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay at Blind Pass and your condo, was confortable, clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the Lanai and our kids (5/6) loved the pool. The access to the beach is beautiful and the beach is a private paradise. We will definately be back.

This is our second visit to this condo and we enjoyed every minute. The condo is very clean, well kept and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. The beach is fantastic, great for exploring and there is a shell washing station on your return. Nice to be able to rent bikes and have them delivered to the bike racks right outside. The location is very private and quiet with an easy walk to the pool. We especially like the screened porch -a relaxing place to read and have coffee. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. We loved having dinners on the porch and watching the dove nesting in the tree. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Your beach umbrellas, chairs and mats saved us from bringing ours. I hope to return and will recommend your condo to our friends!

Thank you for sharing your vacation paradise. We had a wonderful vacation. The condo is roomy and well equipped, the pool and grounds were beautiful, I have vacationed on many Fla. beaches and could not believe the shelling, and the sunsets were fantastic.
