a breezeway and veranda offer views of crashing waves and early AM birdwatching. - Mexico Private Beach House La Danza Del Mar (The Dance of the Sea) is a charming artist's home on the Pacific ocean just 20 minutes from Ixtapa/Zihuatenajo, Mexico. We have it all here and love to share our enthusiasm and knowlege of this part of Mexico with our guests. You may find a turtle laying her eggs, butterflies and hummingbirds entertaining you, burros, horses, and, of course, surfing, beachcombing, swimming, and all the the thrills of the "dance of the sea" right at your doorstep. Owners Helen and Steve usually stay on the property in the upstairs unit, and take loving care of the house and its occupants with the help of the gardener and housekeeper. An advantage of our property is that we are situated close to restaurants and village convenience stores and activities, while just far enough away to have privacy and the undisturbed lullaby of the ocean. Rates include over 1000 square feet of sleeping, bathroom, cooking and living space in the house. You will have totally private use of the entire downstairs appartment, the veranda and grounds, and the private beachfront and lawn furniture as well. Plenty of room, and maid service.

High Season:  Christmas and Easter ...................... $120/night for 2 adults.
Each additional adult or child up to 2 .. $15-$25/night extra depending on age.
Regular  Season: ............................... $100 to $110/night for 2 adults.
Each additional adult or child up to 2 ..... $ 15/night extra (4 is the maximum)
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
