Located at the beginning of the sand bar, you are literally steps away from the widest part of the beach. Located next door to the Holiday Inn, our Condo will provide you with great accommodations away from the congested area near the bridge.
Everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable will be provided - from our fully equipped kitchen including serving utensils and dinnerware and microwave, to linens, towels, 36" TV, WIFI, VCR, 2 DVD players, stereo, and more!
Relax in the master bedroom on the king-size craft-matic adjustable bed while watching TV.
While at Fort Myers Beach, you can relax and listen to the surf; go next door to the bars and listen to the music, or take a walk across the street to Santini Marina Plaza, where you will find seven restaurants, including the Coconuts, South Beach Grille and the Fish House Restaurant. A CVS drug store is across the street, and the grocery store is less than a mile away!
The Fort Myers Beach area has a lot to offer, with an executive golf course (under $30) nearby. Catch the Island Trolley for a tour or an easy way to get around the island. Maybe rent a boat or go fishing at the Marina across the street. Or you can go jet-skiing, parasailing or kayaking at Lover's Key. Also close by is the Key West Express boat for a trip to the Florida Keys.
We ALSO provide beach chairs, oversize beach towels, and even a cooler!
Relax at the patio table on the screened lanai in comfortable chairs, while enjoying a view of the heated pool.
The Condo was recently purchased, and has been totally redecorated and renovated. We have done our best to make it "your home away from home."

Enjoy Fabulous Fort Myers Beach at the Sand Caper

We have stayed in this particular condo for the last 2 spring breaks and have found it to be perfect for our family of four. It's very nicely decorated and quite roomy compared to other rentals we've stayed in the past. Location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, yet just a short drive or trolley ride to the pier. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Fort Myers Beach in the future.

Our time spent at Shelley's condo was great. We had plenty of sunshine and relaxation. The condo was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We "loved" Lover's Key. It was a beautiful spot to spend the day. We totally enjoyed our trip... a wonderful get away!! Thanks Shelley!

We have been to this area 3 times in the last 5 years for Roller Hockey Nationals and hands-down this was the best place we have ever stayed! Shelley has made this condo "your home away from home" for sure! I am a neat freak and have never stayed anywhere so neat, clean and tastefully decorated! I really enjoyed her photo album and guest book from her previous occupants and she provides you with a wealth of information as far as things to do as well as various coupons to save you a little extra cash. We hope to return to the area again and will hope to stay at this property again. Thanks Shelley for opening up and creating such a warm atmosphere for us!

Stayed at the condo first two weeks 3/2007 and I certainly confirm all the Guestbook comments re how very pleasant it is. Amenities are just as they are listed, location in the southern end of Estero is great, and it was really a pleasure to do business with Shelley who could not have been more helpful. Definitely would be happy to recommend the condo to family and friends wishing to stay in the area.

We had a very nice week here, and appreciated the wonderful location, condition, and comfort of this condo during our stay. We were so impressed, we are coming back someday, maybe to stay for the winter. It is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. Everything we needed and wanted was provided -- except the orange juice! (Just kidding.)

Stayed at the condo during Thanksgiving week. EVERYTHING we needed was there and it was spotless. Pool was great. Location was perfect - stores and restaurants across the street. We took advantage of the jet ski and parasailing kiosk located on the beach. The jet ski dolphin tour was the highlight of the trip - including our two teens! Condo rental process was very smooth and Shelley provided lots of info to help us out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this area of Florida. Thanks Shelley!

We stayed at this condo from Feb 4 thru Mar 4 06. It was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated,spotless and had all the comforts of home. The location was great, on the free Trolley line to Times Sq. and the grocery store and across the street from CVS and a shopping center with restaurants, stores and a marina where we took a 1 hr boat ride and were rewarded with a school of dolphins that followed along side putting on a great show. We also enjoyed the walk to a very wide beach and stopping at happy hour in the sand at the Holiday Inn with live music right next door. The people at the pool area were very friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Shelley for your hospitality

My husband and daughter and I stayed in Shelley's condo for 10 days this winter and had a great time. The condo was very roomy and had a very nice deck area. It was well stocked with kitchen stuff and beach stuff which was wonderful. The beaches in front of the condo are amazing and huge. The location was nice for driving to see other areas. I would have loved to have faced the ocean to have more sun on the deck and see the gorgeous sunsets but that would be the only thing I wished I could have changed.
