Great location, and condo is fully furnished. Everything you need is right there. I will definately stay there again!

Our time spent at Shelley's condo was great. We had plenty of sunshine and relaxation. The condo was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We "loved" Lover's Key. It was a beautiful spot to spend the day. We totally enjoyed our trip... a wonderful get away!! Thanks Shelley!

Enjoy Fabulous Fort Myers Beach at the Sand Caper

We have stayed in this particular condo for the last 2 spring breaks and have found it to be perfect for our family of four. It's very nicely decorated and quite roomy compared to other rentals we've stayed in the past. Location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants, yet just a short drive or trolley ride to the pier. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Fort Myers Beach in the future.

Shelly, Thanks so much for renting your condo in July. Your place is beautiful. Everything was clean and neat. The decor is lovely. We love to come to Fort Myers Beach during the summer. Hopefully, we can make this a yearly vacation spot for us. Thanks again!

We have been to this area 3 times in the last 5 years for Roller Hockey Nationals and hands-down this was the best place we have ever stayed! Shelley has made this condo "your home away from home" for sure! I am a neat freak and have never stayed anywhere so neat, clean and tastefully decorated! I really enjoyed her photo album and guest book from her previous occupants and she provides you with a wealth of information as far as things to do as well as various coupons to save you a little extra cash. We hope to return to the area again and will hope to stay at this property again. Thanks Shelley for opening up and creating such a warm atmosphere for us!

Stayed at the condo first two weeks 3/2007 and I certainly confirm all the Guestbook comments re how very pleasant it is. Amenities are just as they are listed, location in the southern end of Estero is great, and it was really a pleasure to do business with Shelley who could not have been more helpful. Definitely would be happy to recommend the condo to family and friends wishing to stay in the area.

We had a very nice week here, and appreciated the wonderful location, condition, and comfort of this condo during our stay. We were so impressed, we are coming back someday, maybe to stay for the winter. It is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. Everything we needed and wanted was provided -- except the orange juice! (Just kidding.)

Stayed at the condo during Thanksgiving week. EVERYTHING we needed was there and it was spotless. Pool was great. Location was perfect - stores and restaurants across the street. We took advantage of the jet ski and parasailing kiosk located on the beach. The jet ski dolphin tour was the highlight of the trip - including our two teens! Condo rental process was very smooth and Shelley provided lots of info to help us out. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this area of Florida. Thanks Shelley!

We stayed at this condo from Feb 4 thru Mar 4 06. It was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated,spotless and had all the comforts of home. The location was great, on the free Trolley line to Times Sq. and the grocery store and across the street from CVS and a shopping center with restaurants, stores and a marina where we took a 1 hr boat ride and were rewarded with a school of dolphins that followed along side putting on a great show. We also enjoyed the walk to a very wide beach and stopping at happy hour in the sand at the Holiday Inn with live music right next door. The people at the pool area were very friendly. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Shelley for your hospitality

My husband and daughter and I stayed in Shelley's condo for 10 days this winter and had a great time. The condo was very roomy and had a very nice deck area. It was well stocked with kitchen stuff and beach stuff which was wonderful. The beaches in front of the condo are amazing and huge. The location was nice for driving to see other areas. I would have loved to have faced the ocean to have more sun on the deck and see the gorgeous sunsets but that would be the only thing I wished I could have changed.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Shelly's place and Ft. Myers Beach. The building was pleasantly quiet, and conveniently close to the great beach, restaurants and shopping. Sunny, natural light shined through the unit's plentiful windows that overlooked the well maintained and nicely heated pool area. Shelley was very attentive to our needs and provided us with just what we had in mind for our family Florida vacation.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful. My Kids ages 10 and 13 would of slept at the pool if we would of let them. The Beach was awesome and the short walk very nice. We never realy used our car except for one trip to the Grocery store which was only two miles down the road and very nice. The condo was set up with everything we needed. My wife very much enjoyed the screened in balcony.

We recently stayed in this condo. We were very pleased to find everything we needed here, including beach chairs and beach towels. So much less to pack! We were also pleased that so many things were within walking distance - there were many restaurants and a deli across the street, as well as other types of shopping. And having the Holiday Inn right next door was a real plus! A couple of times we went over to hear the live music. We are looking forward to going back to Fort Myers Beach, and would love to stay at this property again.
