Two spacious and comfortable two bedroom apartments available in the same building, located in a very safe, quiet, tree-lined residential area of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York City.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size Posturepedic bed. Clean quality linens and towels provided. Two very comfortable sofa beds are also available in the spacious living room. Remote controlled air Conditioning is available in each of the bedroom as well as the living room. Heating is centrally controlled from a wall mounted controller.

The apartments are comfortable and are beautifully decorated. A dining room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen are also available in each apartment. The first floor also has access to a rear deck that leads on to a terrace and a barbecue area.

Manhattan is just 20 minutes by Subway (R train) and the 77th Street station is only half a block away. Abundance of local specialty stores, banks, pharmacies and some of the finest restaurants in New York City are nearby.

  • Our stay with Wynne was comfortable and convenient. The apartments are well equipped and quiet and Bay Ridge is a terrific part of NYC with quick access to everything.+

    Thank you Sue for taking both of the apartments. Each apartment can sleep up to 6 people so if you have a party of about 12 people, this is the best way to go. Definitely far cheaper than hotels and anything else in Manhattan. thank you again Sue and I look forward to see you again in the near future.

  • This was the first trip to NYC for our daughter. We loved the apartment and the close proximity to the subway and Ginos italian resturant. This was our second time to stay at this apartment. We will be back in the fall. We feel right at home in this Brooklyn neighborhood. Don't forget to try Leske's scandnavian bakery!

  • This apartment was great - we were in the city for a girls weekend and it worked perfectly for the five of us. It is a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants in walking distance and we felt very safe coming back from the subway station late at night. Wynn was super helpful, was friendly and even worked extra hard to make sure the internet worked perfectly for us. We didn't have any issues with the apartment at all, and were able to get into Manhattan within 30 min by the subway. For late night returns we took a cab ride, which from Times Square was about $35. It was a great real life experience of living in NYC and MUCH better than cramming into a hotel room or paying for two. We would definitely do it again!

  • We had a great holiday at Bay Ridge. It’s very close to subway and bus station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a lot of restaurants and markets just at the corner. Apartment was clean and ideal for family with children. Wynn was very helpful, so we’d like to thank him for the whole hospitality and his advices. We would recommend Bay Ridge to everyone.

  • This was our fourth trip to NYC. The apartment in Bay Ridge made it the best. The neighborhood is quite and very friendly. There are numerous great resturants within walking distance without the high cost as in Manhattan. Wynn is great to work with. He was very helpful with our early check in and late check out. Dorthy the neighbor was very friendly. Don't miss the Century 21 store on 86th street. Great deals on name brand clothing. The subway is within 1/2 block. We will stay in Wynn's apartment on our next NYC trip.

  • We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable even though there were six of us! We loved the restaurant just down the block where we enjoyed breakfast each day, and the subway is very close too. The neighborhood is pleasant, and makes a good base for enjoying all of New York's attractions. Coney Island and Manhattan are both easily accessible from Bay Ridge. We are so grateful to you, Wynn, and hope to return some day!
