the house sleeps 17 and has a king bedrooom, a queen bedroom, and 3 queen futons in the living room. THE downstairs has a full bed, pyramid bunks, and a full sleeper sofa and bath. the kitchen has a serving island, newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, and 2 baths.
The house sits on a 100 foot wide beachfront lot. the house is adjacent to the sea isle park so you have no neighbors for over 1500 ft to the east. private, secure, and roomy.
the house will rent for much less than the rental companies charge. this is THE best location for a family getaway at the beach.
