2012 is upon us. This is our family's 10th year of sharing our condos with our guests. We still promote "Make an Offer" promotion on our properties, but Spring Break and Summer are prices well. Send us an email for the week you want and your offer price and we will respond to all offers. All reasonable offers will be considered --- in these economic times, we have the flexibility to work with our guest. This is just one of our 4 family owned condos in Destin (all listed on VRBO: 58647, 334190, 59224 & 40164). We are offering many specials, so make sure to email or see our personal website (you can also text the number below). This is our Gulf View and we also own 2 more in Tower 1 (Gulf Front). This two bedroom, two bath unit at Shoreline Luxury Towers is an oversized, 1425 square foot, beautiful, Gulf View condominium. See the dolphins play and the fishing boats run by from the large balcony. Shoreline Luxury Towers is a private (24 hour security) complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin with NO streets to cross to get to the ocean. Shoreline Towers features tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Also - stay connected... wi-fi internet is free for our guest and works in the whole complex!

Remember.... No roads to cross here --- crossing busy Highway 98 to get to the beach is not fun or safe as you do at other complexes! Take a dip in the heated pool, stroll on the beach, play a game of tennis, or walk to one of the restaurants or family attractions - no matter what you do, you are bound to have fun.
The bedrooms feature a king-size in the master and two full-size in the guest room. With the queen-size pull-out couch, this condominium sleeps six very comfortably and as many as eight. Three TV's, DVDs, and a cabinet full of games and puzzles are for those days when you have had too much sun.
Located on prized Gulfshore Drive in the Heart of Destin, just a short drive to a luxury outlet mall or Gulfarium, some of the finest golf courses in the south and definitely the best little fishing village with amusement parks and miniature golf make this area fun for everyone.
