This duplex is located in Frisco, four blocks from Main Street. It is located in a very quiet residential part of town, in the Mountainside Subdivision. It is a two bedroom, two and one half bath unit with a one car garage. It has access to a beautiful clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, steam, and racquetball, and three outdoor hot tubs. This clubhouse is just one block away.
Sleeping Arrangements: Both the bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a queen size pillow top, flat screen TV,VCR,and a full bath. The other has two double pillow top beds and a full bath. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8.
Floor Plan: Other than the bedrooms previously described, this unit has a large family room with queen sofa sleeper, loveseat, and chair, and recliner. There is a 35" TV with DVD and a river rock wood burning fireplace. Windows surround this room with views of the mountains to the South and West. There is a full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. All the dishes, pots/pans, and utensils are provided. There is a breakfast bar the entire length of the kitchen, with bar stools. There is also a large dining room table and six chairs. There is a half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well. There is a deck off the dining room area for summertime enjoyment. There is patio furniture, a Weber grill, and a beautiful green lawn. This unit is 1524 square feet.
MINIMUM STAYS:
Summer Season: 4 nights (Except 4th of July)
For Low and Value Season: 3 Night Minimum
For Pre-Holiday, Holiday: 5 Night Minimum
Regular Season: 4 Night Minimum (Except Spring Break Weeks)
