Feel right at home in this spacious, sunny beach house! Located just 3 miles from the Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey beaches, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house will be the perfect retreat during your vacation. Close to the outlets, shops, the boardwalk and the beach, this house is in the ideal location!
Located on a quiet street, the house sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The master bedroom is spacious and features an attached bathroom with a huge shower and double sinks. Bedroom features a queen-size foam mattress and its own TV. The master bedroom has a private entrance to the back deck.
The other two bedrooms are spacious and the middle bedroom is perfect for kids, with bunk beds and kid-friendly decor. The third bedroom also features a foam mattress, large closet, and its own TV.
The living room features a fireplace, large TV, and a lot of room for hanging out, playing games or socializing. The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, easy to clean Corian countertops, and a dishwasher. The deck, located right off the dining area, is great for beautiful nights outside, and looks out onto a tree surrounded backyard, which is great for kids or outdoor games. The deck also features an outdoor shower for a quick rinse-off after the beach!
Rental also includes access to the community pool - a great alternative to the beach!
This rental features FREE wifi and off-street parking for two cars.

A great house, fully furnished with everything you could need. It's close to everything. I would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Tastefully decorated with beach theme. Lots of fun things to do and very close by. Enjoy the ocean and the boardwalk. Most of all creating the memories that keep families and friends close. Very spacious, well maintained and clean home. Owner is very helpful and makes the stay easy. Would recommend this property to my family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Really nice house. On a quiet street, and only a few minutes from all the great shopping and the beach. Easy access to Route 1 outlet shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space in the house for everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family and friends. We shared this rental and had plenty of room. The house was clean and spacious. The location is convenient to visit Rehoboth and Lewes beach. We were able to walk to the pool. The owners were pleasant and easy to contact. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to families.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our family had a great vacation and the house was excellent. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and it was very close to restaurants and the boardwalk. There was plenty of living space and the bedrooms were fine. We had an overall excellent vacation experience here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
