This clean and spacious, 1089 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, two lanai unit is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III, named one of the BEST beaches on Maui and known for good snorkeling, great body surfing, and beautiful sunsets.

This unique floor plan offers two bedrooms all on one level. Our spacious Master Bedroom has a California King Size Bed with a vaulted ceiling, wall mounted TV/DVD and it's own private lanai. Our second bedroom has two twin beds, it's own wall mounted flat screen TV along with a private full size bathroom attached. This uniquie floor plan offers you a desk/office nook area located in Building #8. Updated ceramic tile bathrooms and flooring, renovated fully equiped kitchen and new carpeting.

Enjoy the tropical tradewinds as you relax with your morning Kona Coffee on either lanai. The dining/living area offers you a TV/DVD/VHS and CD player. The dining/living is spacious and offers a deluxe queen-size sleeper sofa. Along with air-conditioning, our condo offers ceiling fans and floor fans in each bedroom, washer, dryer, and a computer desk for your laptop.

The property is conveniently located in SUNNY southwest Kihei, just eight miles from the Kahului Airport. The complex has four tennis courts, a beautifully landscaped pool area which includes a separate pool for small children, two Jacuzzis, gas barbecue grills, and picnic areas.

Located just minutes away from world class golf at Makena and Wailea, as well as shopping at the elegant Shops of Wailea. You are near the Maui Ocean Center, the largest aquarium in the northern hemisphere and a 25 minute drive to the Lahaina, Kaanapali area.

  • I stayed at this beautiful condo on my first trip to the awesome island of Maui -- IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER! The condo was more than I could have asked for, the accomodations made you feel like you were on an island getaway while being set up with the all the luxuries of home. The galley style kitchen opens up to the dining-living area which keeps the conversation flowing and the fun-going without leaving the room! There is room enough to sleep six - master bedroom features a king size bed with its own private lanai, the front bedroom includes two twin beds with it's own private bath, the fold out queen-size hide-a-bed is located in the living room which also is next to the other larger lanai area - a perfect place to start your day. There is also another larger main bathroom across from the Master bedroom area along with a washer and dryer to do quick loads of laundry after a day at the beach. For the vacationers who need to stay in contact with the mainland, there is a cozy office-like nook available to stay in touch, complete with a computer hook up and outlets. If you are a beachcomber, Kamaole Beach III is just a short walk across the road from the Kamaole Sands gated community. If it is a swimming pool that fits your needs for the day, the resort pool is a great fit. Plenty of chaise lounge chairs available, umbrella tables and chairs and shaded areas if you have had your share of Maui sunshine! There is also gas-grill areas available for casual meals you can cook yourself - a nice change from eating out every meal. The owners were GREAT to work with who are honest and willing to work with whatever your vacation needs may be. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to any and everyone wanting to experience the beautiful sunrise and sunsets of Maui along with all that the island has to offer. I WOULD NOT LOOK FOR ANY OTHER CONDO ACCOMODATIONS FOR FUTURE TRIPS TO PARADISE!! ALOHA!

    We had a wonderful time in Maui !! There is no comparison to the experience that we had on Oahu a couple years ago. We went on a whale watch with the Pacific Whale Foundation on the last day, and had an incredible experience. A whale approx. 30 ft. long approached and circled our boat for about 20 minutes hollding us hostage and providing some great photos. I wouuld highly recommend people to take one of these trips out of Maalaes Harbor, the captian of the boat said that the next month will be the peak of the whale season. You guys have a wonderful place and a great location. We will certianly share your name with anyone that is interested in staying in Maui. As they say.... "Maui No Ka oi !" Its the best!
