The house has plenty of windows and lots of natural light. It is stilted, and has two floors, offering great views of the gulf. Located directly on a beach access road (#31), the house is one back from the beach, literally making it just steps to the "sand between your toes"! We are located in a perfect location--close enough to Times Square for shopping and nightlife-- but far enough away for quiet relaxation in a section of single family homes. The best thing is that it is only a 5 minute drive off of the Island even in peak season!

We just can't get enough of the great gulf views and beautiful sunsets that you experience from our beach or decks. It is a very easy drive from the International airport (30 minutes), within walking distance of restaurants and shops, a trolley ride away from groceries, and a very easy exit off the Island even during peak season! And yet, we are in a family friendly and quieter area right off the "popular" Times Square.

I cannot say enough good things about this home. We had 5 adults and one toddler with us and we had more than enough room for everyone. The house is beautiful, fully stocked down to pool toys and beach towels and a GREAT blender for margaritas! The beach is really only "steps to the beach" and when we weren't at the beach, the private pool was in use. The picture of the master bedroom does not show the motor operated skylight, or the walk in closet, or the private patio, or the sitting area, so be prepared to be delighted at the master bedroom when you walk in. Thank you for a wonder experience. We all agree we are coming back !

We all have special memories of our vacation stay in March. I was concerned that the pictures of the property were not going to match the place itself. This wasnt the case and it is a nice place! It was perfectly suited for my family and our 2 friends. The location is close to everything and the beaches out front seemed like they were all ours.! We felt at home while we where on vacation and I wish we didnt have to leave.Me and my son fished a few steps out the door on the beaches. M y daughter and I swam quite often in the pool. We had a great time and we look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed staying in your Beach house. It was so nice and just a few steps to the beach. The pool was great. Very close to everything. Beach was so nice to walk on and doing some fishing. Even through we was there during "Bonnie" we took that day to go shopping so all worked out well. Would love to come back and spend some more time at your beach house. I would like to tell every one that is looking for a GREAT BEACH HOUSE to look at this one. The only complaint I have is going up the steps to the house as my husband was disable. BUT once inside everything was out of this world. This was our "50" Anniversary ,we had a local photography come to the house and went down to the beach to take some of the best pictures, which we wll alway remember your beach house every time we look at these pictures...Thanks again for letting us use your Beach House and will be back.

We've stayed at this home several times over the last few years and keep coming back. Steps to the beach and with it's own pool, this property has everything you need for a wonderful and memorable vacation: Plenty of room, very close to restaurants and shopping, very comfortable and a great sunset view as a bonus. We hesitate providing a positive review as we selfishly don't want this property to be unavailable for our annual trip!

If you want a great house full of ammenities literally within steps of the endless white beach this is the place to stay! This is a home away from home, so comfortable and clean you hate to leave at the end of your vacation. The location is ideal! I recently stayed here and found that we were close enough to walk to the island shops and restaurants but far enough away from the nightlife that moonlit strolls on the beach were serene. And the pool! The landscaping is a tropical delight which keeps you secluded as you swim and sunbathe. We had two resident mourning doves hang out with us all week! This is definitely our favorite home to stay on Ft. Myers Beach!

This is our second time staying here and we love it more each time. The home is beautifully decorated and has some excellent views from all areas. The heated pool is always a big hit, very clean and well maintained. Very close to all restaurants and shops on the island. Also close to fishing excursions and golf on the island at the executive course is a lot of fun. Just walk out the door and the beach is right there. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a beautiful yet quiet vacationing home with lots of fun to be had.

This January 2010 will be our fifth year at this beautiful home. We love the location. It is just steps to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our entire family comes (9 people) and there is plenty of room for everyone. The house is very well stocked and has everything including the kitchen sink! I personally love the welcoming decor, and the kids love the great heated pool. We look forward to our January visit all year.

We also would like to say it was a great time. We were a partie of two families with 4 adults, one five old year child and twins 21 year month old.We were coming from Germany. Everythings was perfect. We would like to say like the writers before. We stayed much often in Florida, so that was the best and perfect place for us.
