The house has plenty of windows and lots of natural light. Located directly on a beach access road (#31), the house is one back from the beach, literally making it just steps to the "sand between your toes"! We are located in a perfect location--close enough to Times Square for shopping and nightlife-- but far enough away for quiet relaxation in a section of single family homes. The best thing is that it is only a 5 minute drive off of the Island even in peak season!
A beautiful heated private pool and landscaped yard make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise! Inside you will find comfortable furnishings and welcoming decor. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Times Square
We just can't get enough of the great gulf views and beautiful sunsets that you experience from our beach or decks. It is a very easy drive from the International airport (30 minutes), within walking distance of restaurants and shops, a trolley ride away from groceries, and a very easy exit off the Island even during peak season! And yet, we are in a family friendly and quieter area right off the "popular" Times Square.

You can sit on our decks and watch beautiful sunsets or cool off in air conditioning on our comfortable furnishings.
