The house has plenty of windows and lots of natural light. Located directly on a beach access road (#31), the house is one back from the beach, literally making it just steps to the "sand between your toes"! We are located in a perfect location--close enough to Times Square for shopping and nightlife-- but far enough away for quiet relaxation in a section of single family homes. The best thing is that it is only a 5 minute drive off of the Island even in peak season!
A beautiful heated private pool and landscaped yard make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise! Inside you will find comfortable furnishings and welcoming decor. We update our home yearly for our guest's comfort, striving to make your vacation as care-free as possible! What more could you ask for?
