This 1500 square foot duplex has a two-car garage and a private hot tub off the master bedroom deck. It is just two blocks from the Summit County's Summit Stage Bus Transfer Center that offers FREE transportation to all of the ski resorts in the county. This unit has been tastefully decorated with a Moose Theme.
There is a large bedroom on the first level with a queen-size bed, double-size futon, TV/VCR, and full bath. The Master Bedroom is on the third level and has a king-size sleigh bed, gas fireplace at the foot of the bed, and TV/VCR. The large bathroom has a jetted tub and walk-in closet. The large family room is on the second floor and has a queen-size sofa sleeper, river-rock gas fireplace, log mantle, TV/VCR, and CD player.
The kitchen has maple cabinets and granite countertops. There is a dining area with large table and six chairs. This unit also has a full-size washer and dryer.
