This large, four bedroom, two bath house nestled in the amenity filled community of Arrowhead Lakes is what you are looking for. It offers two bedrooms on the first floor with a full bath. It has a living room with cable TV/VCR/DVD, a gameroom with air hockey, a pool table and bar.
The second floor also has two bedrooms with a full bath. It also is where the large kitchen with island and dining area is located. You can sit at the table or dine on the large upstairs deck and watch the deer that are often wandering in the large, private back yard. The upstairs living room has cable TV and a convenient gas fireplace (providing warmth with a flick of the switch).
The floor plan is very open with a wonderful vaulted ceiling. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds . In addition, the living room has a pull out, full size bed. There is also a roll out twin cot. Ceiling fans are in every room for the cool, mountain summer evenings.
Outside, choose to relax on the large furnished upstairs deck with gas grill or on the lower deck that boasts a beautiful, six person, bubbling hot tub and wicker patio set. Imagine relaxing in the private hot tub while watching the stars. It is so beautiful! After you get out of the hot tub, you may feel like playing a round of horseshoes or relaxing on the hammock. If you have children, they will enjoy the backyard tree fort. The home has it all. We are sorry to say that due to severe allergies, smoking and pets are not allowed.
The gated community offers three outdoor heated pools (one pool under a block away!) and beautiful swimming & fishing lakes (an easy walk or bike ride just under 1/2 mile from our home). It has playgrounds, tennis, fishing, boating, and planned activities all summer and winter long.
In the winter, there is a FREE SNOW TUBING/SLEDDING HILL in the community and FREE ICE SKATING (bring your tube and skates and it is at your own risk). Also, there is not a lift of any kind.
We are only 8-10 minutes to Jack Frost Ski Resort and 25 minutes from Camelback. Camelback becomes Camelbeach in the summer recognized by the Travel Channel as one of the best water parks!
With all of the restaurants, skiing, tubing, waterparks, waterfalls, outlets, antique shops just minutes away, you'll have a hard time deciding what to do (or not do) first. Enjoy your vacation and please feel free to call or email with any questions about our home!
